The 5 stars are for Dylan! If he didn't keep me from going crazy with Duke, I would have lost it. He is Red Royal's valuable employee. I will probably see Dylan again, when they send an inspector at my home. As of 8/29/25, the inspector approved the work . Red Royal and Dylan completed the updates that were required. Thank you!

Red Royal is the best choice in HVAC. Their tech Chris was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Anytime I am in a HVAC jam, Red Royal is my ONLY call

I found a home automation 3-way switch on Amazon and tried installing it, only to find that it not only didn't work, my entire setup in the garage stopped working! But then, Brandon of Red Royal Electric to the rescue! He was even able to come over within a couple hours! Brandon texted me when he would arrive, and he arrived exactly on time. I was also relieved to learn that he wasn't going to charge me by the hour, but that it would be set amount, which he told me, once he observed the situation. He soon found the problem, which was that there was a GFI outlet in the circuit. He even apologized for not checking for GFIs when he first arrived, and reduced my bill accordingly.

Cory did a great job in installing lights and an outdoor outlet for our landscaping. He listened to our needs and made helpful suggestions. Would use this company again.

Cody was extremely professional and informative. He diagnosed the breaker panel and found wires were loose. Installed malfunctioning smoke detector. Also even cleaned the top of my refrigerator!!!

Brandon was awesome! He showed up on time for the work. He removed an existing ceiling fan and installed a new fan after assembly. He was very to complete the job and the fan is working flawlessly.

I had several small projects done by Red Royal on my 100-year old house . When completed, one project had a small issue. They did an amazing job installing a new GFCI outlet outside and replace 2 outlets inside.

William also provided tips for handling my flickering issue with canned ceiling lights and 2 dimmer switches on a 3-way circuit.

Red Royal Electric did a superb job installing a new electrical outlet in my garage. They scheduled me for an appointment one day after my call. They sent me a notice with background about the electrician who would be performing the work. The electrician (Joshua) arrived on-time, did his work in a very professional and personable manner. We are very pleased with the quality of the work performed.

Casey and Will are my 2 newest besties - showed up like normal people talking to me like I am also smart and understand basic stuff….but also brought the education to my level - respectfully….i knew I needed help - more than i could afford all at once - and they made sure I didn’t feel any judgment about that - they used their humanity to relate to a budget friendly plan and offered me lots of options to prioritize the work and I feel like I finally had true partners…also Oreo (my dog) loved them and they loved her right back it was freaking adorable to watch! Dwight from Red Royal came out to my house today and did an excellent job. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable, and he took the time to make sure everything was done right.
