A bad attitude and crooked light switches and outlets was all we received. Sal and Kopper Electric was hired by our builder for our home. We would never recommend him or his company. We have light switches that do nothing, a 3 gang switch that is so crooked the cover plate has to be squeezed on and therefore bows in the middle, a flood light on the side of our house with no switch and no way to turn it off, a media panel that looked like he grabbed it off the scrap pile, etc, etc. I’m not sure why the other reviewers got better work than us. Maybe he was mad at our builder and was taking it out on us? When the job was “done” he told my wife that when we want the dock hooked up to give him a call. We wouldn’t call him back to change a light bulb.

Sal wired up our new boat lift control box and remote today. Everything was working when he left and of course when we go to get the boat down, something stopped working. It happens new things at an old house!

Sal called me back at 9pm and walked me through the simple fix. He saved our fishing trip!

I found Sal and his team and they are my go to electrician team now! Sal gives a great price for a new electrical panel. It was just what I was looking for. He was on time, professional and neat and clean. He has put together an excellent team -- all of which I have met as I have had him back for other electrical fixes. He answers his phone and is very patient with questions and does not play "games' with product or prices. When one of the breakers on the new Box was not quite right , he was right there to switch it . No Problem Thank you Sal . Highly recommend for great service at a good price.

Sal moved our entire electrical panel, per our contractor hiring him. I was really impressed. The work was done quickly and to such a high standard. They cleaned up so well you'd never know work was done that day! The price was really competitive and I thought completely reasonable. Sal and his crew did a fantastic job running 60 amp electrical service to my new Neptune Boat Lift. He was very knowledgeable on the different types of lifts. He’s a no-frills guy, comes in professionally and quickly, in and out l. His entire crew was respectful, and quite productive. They got the job done at a very very reasonable price compared to their competition, I can’t speak highly enough for this company. Unfortunately, a company that provides this much value will soon be overwhelmed with work and it’s inevitable they will have a backlog.

I called Great Lakes with a very last minute request to fix a breaker for our pool heater before the weekend. James showed up and solved the problem within a few hours and even helped troubleshoot the pool heater after getting the breaker installed. And their online support system for scheduling and payment was a breeze to use. I will definitely be using them for electrical repairs in the future!

Dan and James with Great Lakes Electric Solutions have been nothing short of amazing to work with. Where other electricians fell short by wiring up some apartments with incorrect circuits, a fire that shut down 2 whole services, panel swaps and corrections for 4-point inspection deficiencies, etc., this company has taken care of everything needed across numerous properties. There was a setback at one of the most recent projects they were working on due to a technicality with Duke Energy and before I could even call to follow up, they were on site calling me to tell me it's done.
