I'm delighted to have found Dan Piero, the owner of Great Lakes Electric. First, Dan is just about the nicest guy you could ever meet. Next, he really knows his stuff. Third, his prices are reasonable. And fourth, he's easy to reach, is very responsive, and is very reliable.

In the first job he did for me, Dan repaired a malfunctioning chandelier in my office. He even ran out to Home Depot to buy six new light bulbs so all the bulbs would be the same and would be long lasting. I then had him move a very heavy chandelier in my living room to a new location. He did it very efficiently, disassembling the chandelier so he could move it wthout help. He also figured out how to get wires to the new location though the attic was inaccessible.

I'll be calling Dan for every electrical job I have going forward.

I have had such a difficult time finding a good electrician in St. Pete for years; one that is honest, responsive and will do the work in a safe and professional manner. I gave GLE a call since they are a North Kenwood operation and was pleasantly surprised with the response time and their availability to assist. I had a number of residential services that needed done from fixing exterior outlets to installing exterior outlets and interior fan mounts with new electric. "No residential job was too small", but I had heard that before.

Dan and Jason were on-time, had great care for our home and understanding of the jobs to be done and how to do them. Dan was forthright with the pricing and how much time each task would take. The jobs were done in an efficient and professional manner. The pricing was fair and as expected.

I am extremely happy with the work that was done and now know who to call for a job out of my threshold. Consider GLE for your residential home needs, and I assure you will not be disappointed.
