Hall Electrical Systems Inc. responded to my non- emergency request very quickly. I wanted to have my electrical panel set up to accept power from a portable generator for power loss events. James was my electrician and I am very impressed! Not only by his knowledge and professionalism, but his approachable and relatable personality. Such a great guy! One of the best experiences with a service professional/ contractor since we have lived in St Pete. He tackled the job efficiently and left everything tidy and neater than he found it. He walked me through the entire process of how to properly switch power over from the grid to generator and back, and made sure I knew how to use the generator. Very thorough and thoughtful. If everyone with Hall Electrical is as good as James- I recommend them without hesitation.

My building's elevator pit lights had to be replaced and Hall sent Johnny and Brendan who did a great job. Our elevator tech had to be on site for safety purposes, and Johnny and Brendan arrived on time and worked with the elevator tech to complete the job in a timely and professional manner. We're extremely happy with the job that was done and the ease of working with Sara at Hall's corporate office to schedule the work.

First of all, let me start by saying I am the textbook definition of OCD! So, off the get, my standards are unreasonably high. We wanted exterior cameras covering all corners of our property as well as WiFi connection and app access to the activity at all times, also needed an increased WiFi access points through out the house. I can’t express how happy I am with the professionalism and the consistency of the all the workers who came out. The quality of the services provided were uncanny. I was very pleased with the end result and highly recommend this company. They were also able to boost and increase the coverage throughout the house by installing WiFi access points to give us full coverage throughout the space of our home and also the exterior spaces as well allowing us to affectively run several businesses from within. These guys were amazing!!!! Called late Friday for a tv installation and they were out Sunday morning:) Great customer service and the tv looks beautiful. They were also cheaper than other install services! So thankful I found them! Def call them for any audio or visual install! You won’t be disappointed:)

Sapphire AV is the best of the best. They took care of the TV's ,sound system (SONOS), Cameras (ARLO), and WiFi in our beach home and it is simply perfect. Our media room makes you feel like you are at the movies. The Sonos system is so amazing- kids can listen to what they want and we can even have the game on TV come through in the game room without missing a beat. When ever we have had a question or if a possible issue popped up, they were helpful and made themselves available ASAP to help us figure things out. Meredith- John and the team are a great group of people. From the customer service to the quality of work, you will never be let down by Sapphire Audia Visual. We had John order a new IVR for our security cameras a year ago. Then we had to factory reset our router recently and couldn’t see our cameras remotely anymore. He fixed the issue, free of charge. We appreciate how professional and honorable he is. Wish more businesses operated this way.
