As one of the ministers at the Episcopal Cathedral in Downtown St. Petersburg I can attest to the importance of having our audio and visual equipment work and work well. With the help of Sapphire Audio and Visual Experts, not only do we have quality and timely work done on new projects, they are also quick to come and help us out when human error messes with our sound equipment! From the sound system the installed in our parish hall, to the microphones in the sanctuary, to the TVs we use to help communicate events and information- they all work wonderfully, they were installed in lightning quick time, the customer service is delightful, and all within budget! We couldn't be happier to be repeat customers!

They have all the proper tools and know exactly what they're doing. They showed up on time, were polite, fast and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Saphire installers did a great job mounting our OLED onto a mantle mount. This was not a standard install as the tv is paper thin and the mount recesses in the wall and extends out over a fireplace mantle. Each component needs to be measured precisely for the mechanism to clear the depth of mantle. They were professional, knowledgeable, and left the area very clean. Highly recommend!!

We had a project come up in the Tampa area that required installation of a 4 Camera, 6mp IP dome camera system within a commercial application. Thankfully we were referred to Meredith and her team at Sapphire Audio Visual Experts. Their team is SO MUCH MORE THAN AV! They were able to install this camera system for us after hours and even set up remote viewing access which our client required. Hired Sapphire Audio Experts for two of our storage facilities, their employees do nice work .
we had a few video lines that were not placed properly and were just laying on the roof and they made it right. Have the same problem with our storage in Saint petersburg with video lines hanging and not secure

What a great company! This is the 3rd time we have used Sapphire and we have never been dissatisfied. John has a great crew of knowledgeable polite honest guys. Our TV’s are now all wall mounted and controls are hidden, we no longer have multiple remotes and surround sound in our back yard. Despite the chaos, flooding, and soggy conditions, their team showed up promptly and crawled under our home to rewire the AC circuit—restoring cool air and comfort when we needed it most.
