No customer service skills. Very rude. Don’t seem like they are want to do the job.

We had an emergency electric meter box was ripped from the ouse with a downed tree. They were helpful, responsive, 100% inspected, Johanna helped me with a permit so we could get an inspection on friday afternoon from the City. Great team work, Never said no, but let's keep trying to get you hooked up.

I would give them no stars. This is my first renovation job so I am not too familiar with prices but I needed a bunch of stuff done. They came in and hung around for 45 minutes and then told me that they can only do 1 part of what I asked and they told me it was $350. And what the 1 thing? Just rewiring an outlet. I told them that was ridiculous high and I would not pay it. They stood around and I told them $200 since I didn't know the work it entailed. It took them 15 minutes and they charged me $250. I should have been charged $50 which is what the next electrician told me. I would never ever recommend these thieves.

I was recommended to give this electrician a chance. He did a fantastic job on my fan, and had the best price too! He's a friendly guy and I would recommend him to anyone in the market.
-
Definitely 5 star; really happy with the team; was struggling to find emergency electricians who are not only skilled but also very friendly to deal with; I am glad that I have contacted them.
-
You did a great job fixing our electricity. The electrician was nice, did great work, and was very skilled. I strongly advise!

Less than 24 hours were spent on the installation of my outdoor lights, and they were perfect. The service was excellent, and it was a pleasure to work with the company.

My circuit breaker was broken, so I phoned an emergency electrician. I needed the electrician's help right away, but I didn't have time to wait around for him. Within ten minutes of my call, he had arrived and fixed my circuit breaker. I am so pleased with the service that I will never use anyone else.

We have been working with this company for over a year now and they are great. They always show up when they say they will, work hard and get the job done quickly. We really appreciate that. One thing that would be nice is if they could give us a little more notice before arriving or at least call when their on their way to let us know!
-
Not the cheapest, but they responded and arrived on time when we needed them. Clean and tidy, as well as reliable and trustworthy. In addition to the two licensed electricians working hard, the apprentice also cleaned up after himself and disposed of the empty boxes, which I didn't expect to see. Installed some Sweep fans and LEDs.

What was supposed to be a local "JL Electrician" in south St Pete... turned out to connect to a distant Florida network that sets up contractors for jobs all over FL. Despite my asking, I never heard an answer about what happened to JL Electricians.
The rep who came to complete the on premises estimate was a skilled and professional guy. He is skilled and trustworthy.
However, the price he had to give has 3 problems.
1. It us a total price and not legitimized by actual parts and labors fees and hours.
2. a percentage On Top of the actual labor and materials also goes to pay a good percemtage the Central office $taff and Corporate profit.
2. The rep explained some of the issues about the delays from Duke and the city responses. And he is stuck having to charge for worst-case time delays for 3rd prty coordination with Duke and St Pete. (And he doesn't live anywhere close to my home.)
A local electrician can have enough staff where one person nearby, ready to be on site.
A local (neighborhood) electrician can take local jobs in stride and charge his actual labor cost to reflect actual hours and actual cost for parts. He can charge for actual hours vs maxing out hours as the worst-case scenario on inspections and Duke connections.
The statewide business model is a novel idea . Many uniformed consumers will just assume it's OK.
But it needs work to appeal to educated consumers (and contractors) who understand the real business.
I'll pursue other bids and update this review when I have more info. -
This company was able to install outside lighting in my backyard within a week of my request. Their professionalism, customer service, and product quality were all excellent. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to enhance their outdoor space with beautiful LED lighting!

Was having issues with dimming lights throughout the house. The electrician found a loose neutral wire in the panel and got it sorted out. Very thankful it was caught early.

I had a flickering lights issue, and this electrician was there in no time to fix it. They were friendly, speedy, and made sure everything was safe. I would most definitely recommend them!
