Horrible customer service! Agreed to schedule service the same day if I signed up for Premium Service, then called an hour later to cancel appointment and reschedule for the following week.

I called miday for an appointment, was given a time, and paid. They are 1 block away from my business and still failed to show up. No call, no text, nothing. Good job fellas!

We had a problem with our landscape and bird cage lighting.Duncan Electrical Service technicians did an excellent job throughout the process. Their charges were very reasonable and the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Had a nice experience with these guys! The installation team worked out very well completed all their work in a short while provided extra training on running the generator using the transfer switch. With the 20% off coupon the pricing came in below all others. Great work!!

Duncan's Electricians did not show up or call for three separate appointments. Service manager yelled at me over the phone, the other service manager never called back. Dispatchers say repeatedly they can not find or contact Duncan's technicians in the field and can not give us any updates. Arranged through a service called Premium Home Service

Richard and his wife did a great job installing my lighted mirror! They were responsive, professional, and punctual. They even patched up some holes from the previous mirror. Kind and helpful. Will definitely hire again!

This is the most dishonest, disgusting, and unprofessional company I have ever used. I hired Duncan electric, who employs Saranovic Holdings LLC, to rewire my duplex, replace 2 electrical panels, and fix the drywall after they were done. The technician Chris didn't pull the trade permit for the job (bluntly lying to me about it and waisting months of my time trying to hunt it down), lied about replacing 2 electrical panels (only replaced 1), didn't rewire the duplex properly, and did a HORRIBLE job on the drywall patches, charging me a $1,000 for a couple patches. Right when they finished, he kept bugging me to pay him immediately knowing I was out of state and wasn't able to verify the job performed. Disgusting.

Since January (it's April now), I have been trying to get the corporate office to send someone else to fix what the technician did but sadly the regional manger Ryan has no care for customers whatsoever. I will get my refund one way or another, but this company put my property and my tenants in extreme danger. What they did is illegal and I advise everyone not to use them or Saranovic Holdings.

His detailed explanation helped me understand exactly what the problem was.He was done within the expected time and his charges were very fair. Would definitely recommend him.

He really listened to the issues l was having, my ideas and showed his clear expertise when determining the best solution. He explained the "fix" to me quoted me a reasonable price that would get the job fone- all in. Honest and reliable and on time! I felt very happy with the service, the pricing was laid out on paper before any work was done and the electrician gave me honest opinion regarding the work and pricing needed for certain projects. Nick and his team were my service men for the day. They were very respectful of my house and took great care in leaving the rooms where they had found them. They were fantastic! We had two plugs installed in the crawl space for a dehumidifier and a sump, after a full encapsulation was finished. Their customer service was great - they answered the phone immediately, and called me to let me know when they would arrive. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and did the job perfectly. They even explained what they were doing. I would definitely recommend Duncan Electrical Service and will be using them again!

Used for Electrical panel replacement and discovered old , mismatched breakers and lack of inspection. Breakers replaced 60 days later still not inspected at 90 days after initial install. To fix the work, company billed 2nd tech at $1,500 to fix original install. Terrible customer service, phone number appears to be a front a company that dispatches to 3rd party techs. Over 20 phones calls to various numbers with always someone will get back who does not. Still waiting on resolution at day 90. See photo of initial install. Avoid them and find a direct local company.

J&L Sanchez is an excellent electrical contractor. Jarrett, the owner, came out personally to discuss some fairly complicated electrical upgrades we needed. Price was fair. Michael and Sean on the J&L team completed the work in one day and were very careful and professional. Well done!
