After scouring the internet for a local, sustainable contractor, I'd been really excited to find this company. The reviews were decent so I reached out about a big renovation we were hoping to do. I got a few curt responses and then he dropped off all together. Didn't expect to be ghosted by a renovation company.

Replaced rotted wood and gutter on my 1926 Bungalow,. Also painted the house. Work was done in scheduled time frame and quality of workmanship is outstanding. The owner inspected the work frequently and communicated with me regularly.

Called in SSGC after I had another contractor fail to complete a bathroom remodel. In half the time they not only completed the bathroom remodel but also an extension on the house. Would definately recommend them based on the communication from the contractors, knowledge of the agencies involved in getting projects done and ability to be flexible with customers.

Sustainable Solutions General Contracting problem solved a creative solution to fix side walk flooding. They found a covered over storm water drain and were able to restore it to resolve the flooding. Great work, very professional. I highly recommend this contractor.

I'd called Al to get some quotes on work for my house. He came out, I went over what I needed and he answered my questions. Being a first time home owner I'm not entirely certain of what I should and shouldn't be doing, but Al proceeded to give me very useful advice and steer me in the direction I should be going. He wasn't available to do the work I needed, but did help me get in touch with one of his associates and left a very good impression.

Dagly converted a five hundred sq ft garage (with a dirt floor!) into a lovely, sophisticated office. He did a beautiful job. Visitors are surprised to hear that this was once a garage. He is friendly and courteous, and highly professional. He is, to coin a term, a craftsman-builder who takes real pride in doing work of exceptional quality. He is also honest and straightforward. My highest recommendation.

Definitely use this company. I called many GC’s in Pinellas County and he was the only one who actually called back, arrived at my home when he said he would and did not over charge and/or make up reasons of why more work would need done. Finally someone with integrity!
