We hired this company to do a complete interior renovation. They were nothing but professional, friendly and very efficient. They worked 7 days a week to meet the deadline. We have a 5100 sq ft house and was all completed with the highest quality and workmanship. We have had 4 similar projects done in the last 30 years and these guys are by far the best! We used Ian and Trident Contracting for our full house remodel in March 2022 and we have had nothing but great results. Ian was extremely knowledgable and was able to instruct us on the best ways to handle portions of the house such as which floors would be best for us based on our needs and the most cost effective ways to make kitchen adjustments. He handled everything from start to finish and was always extremely responsive with a clear goal of making our home a dream.

Ian was able to remove a wall in our house to make it open concept, did two full bathroom remodels, a kitchen renovation and put new floors throughout.

His team did a great job, and they worked perfectly within our timeline with no delays.

I am really impressed with the final product, it came out far better than I had imagined! A couple months ago a friend recommended Trident Contracting for a bathroom remodel. I knew my bathroom could use a face lift from what looked like an early 2000's themed bathroom straight out of my childhood. Their team met with me and discussed the best color options and themes that would match the space. I wanted something modern but with good space and functionality, they hit the nail right on the head. I am really impressed and very happy with the work they did. If you are at all hesitant give them a call and schedule an appointment to discuss your options, that is where they sold me!

Spoke to Daniel about remodeling / rebuilding my home after Helene. At first, they were extremely responsive (2 meetings). It has been three weeks, many texts, and phone calls and I have still yet to hear back from Daniel. Would not recommend even contacting.

My home was flooded by Helene. Ian and his team were incredible. Ian came to the house the same day I contacted him. He communicated everything clearly, educated me on the problems and how to solve them, and he was extremely knowledgable on how to best handle the demo in order to set up for a smooth reno.

I cannot say enough positive things about the folks at Trident. We were lucky to find them through a neighbor, and they quickly did all necessary structural removal after Helene (13 inches of water). After completion of the rebuild, all I can say is I am impressed. I am not impressed with ANYONE generally, but Ian and his team really did a truly professional job. Excellent workmanship and great communication throughout the process. Please note that Ian is actually on-site regularly, which is pretty rare these days. Pricing was also up front and fair. Look no further than these folks.
