I had just about the same good experience Bobby describes below and then some more. I got a much lower and faster estimate from Deno than the other services I was in contact with so that was a good start. Then even tho Deno knew exactly the trees I needed to take care of for a fence job, he took a good look at every tree and every angle of the house and property. He started talking to me about this situation I was aware of in the corner of my backyard but hadnt actually given enough thought to be anxious about yet, an entanglement of the trees with the phone lines. And then the type of tree it was (I forgot) and how they are prone to snap. before we even got 30 seconds into it he actually decided 100% that he wanted to and was going to take care of that situation simply because of the risks and would throw that work in without additional cost. Also he wouldnt take my payment until his crew was 100% finished with everything. Stand up guy with high level knowledge/expertise that honestly seems to have a love for alot of the things involved in tree service.

Urgent Tree Service provided us with friendly, inexpensive, and efficient tree removal. I had several palms along my fence line that were causing damage to the fence. Despite the complicated location of the palms, they removed them quickly and was able to spare the fence entirely. We will be calling them back for any future tree services needed!

Deno and Urgent Tree Service did a great job for us, he is dependable, good to work with, fast and efficient. Our need was to clear roots and stumps in preparation to install pavers and decking. Deno has a stump grinder which was ideal for the job, he is one of the best I've ever seen is using this machine. We are hiring his company to do tree work and trimming, I'd recommend Deno and his company.

This guy not a man of his word. I gave him a deposit 2K and hedidn't come back and finish cutting my tree. Every time I called him he lied that he was coming and never came. He is obnoxious and a huge jerk. Not a business person at all!!!!

Urgent was a god send! Had two trees with dangerous limbs hanging over my house. They came out and were professional and with a fair prices. They removed the limbs quickly and at the best price I was quoted . Very professional and I highly recommend their services.

These guys removed 2 trees that were dying too close to my house. Irma scared me immensely with these trees. I got 3 estimates and Urgent Tree Service was about the middle of the 3 but I had seen the guys trim my neighbors trees and so knew that I would be getting great service. A lot of equipment. Great job guys! Glad those trees are gone! Now, some nice safe Palms.

Urgent Tree Service did a great job on my property. I had them remove some palms and trim . They came back and brought a stump grinder and removed the remaining. They even fertilized existing palms and mowed my yard. I'm very happy with the service provided.

I got what was promised. Dino and his crew were efficient and professional. They trimmed my large oak tree better than anyone had in the 22 years I've owned my home. He came back as promised and removed stumps next to my fence while the installers were working on replacing itq. I won't use anyone else now.

Deno and his crew are top-notch professionals. They came in and cleared out a few trees and bamboo I had in the backyard. Day one they removed everything (and cleaned up) and then on the second day they grinded down all the stumps and cleared out all the extra debris lying around. They also fixed part of fence they had to remove to get their machines in the yard. I'm very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid tree service company.

Awesome service!!!!! After being given the run around by another company for almost 3 months I was referred to Urgent Tree Service and they got the job done. When I initially called they got over to the rental property and gave me a very competitive quote that same day. They explained the tree removal and stump grinding process and set clear expectations which made me feel at ease conducting business with them from another City. They communicated well with our tenant and removed the tree on schedule. I also appreciated having the added convenience of being able to make payment by credit card. I would highly recommend Urgent Tree Service for all of your tree service needs.

I don't understand the negative reviews, because Urgent did a thorough and professional job for us. They removed a large Australian Pine efficiently and neatly. They trimmed an oak and a number of palms well. When we discovered several weeks after they finished that a sprinkler pipe had been broken near the site of the tree removal, they kindly came out and repaired it for no charge. We were very happy with the work Urgent Tree Service did at our home and we would recommend them.

I've used them on a few properties. Had a tree fall on a roof of a rental I own, Deno was there within an hour getting the tree down and working on some other trees. Always cleans up everything and is a people pleaser so I've seen him go the extra mile to make sure tenants are happy. Fair prices, will use again.

I was worried that they would damage the plants in our garden but they were so careful and did an exceptional job. When a company gives you an estimate that is so much lower than other estimates, it gives you a pause but I was so wrong in my thoughts. Dino is a Godsend and our garden is looking great with lots of sunlight. If you are looking for a great tree service company, you would be doing a disservice to yourself if you don't give Dino a call!

Dino, the owner, was the nicest most honest man I’ve dealt with regarding tree service. The guys did a fabulous job. I had 3 trees removed and they did it all in one afternoon. All of the guys were very nice. The price I was quoted was amazing. Very fair. I would recommend this business to anyone needing service to their trees. Best decision I’ve ever made!!!!!

Dino and his crew came in clutch for us after Helene by trimming and removing some paperbark trees that came apart during the storm. A no doubt 5 star job on that one. However, he never came through on returning to finish the job after Milton. After three no-call no-shows, we have given up. They do good work if you can get them to show up, but poor communication & customer service.

The degree of difficulty in our tree work was high. One contractor who surveyed the site said he would get a quote back to us.
Never heard from him again.
Dino looked at our yard, gave us a quote and put us in the schedule that day. On the day promised the crew showed up to work.
I can't say enough about how the crew attacked the project. They demonstrated strength knowledge and precision in taking down some sizable trees in tight quarters. My neighbor and I are both grateful we found Urgent Tree Service and we will be using them for future projects and maintenance.

Dino does not do what he says he is going to do.

They never finished a job for us after the storms last fall, and didn't show up when they said they would. They never leveled the lot or cleaned up the small debris left all over. Dino did not trim the remaining trees like he agreed to do.
Once they got paid, they were gone.

Fast forward to this week and they are doing a job next door.
Dino backed his loader into our retaining wall, I pointed it out, and Dino says "I didn't do that". Dude. I'm sitting inside and watched you!
Dino never took responsibility or tried to correct his mistake.

Do not hire these guys. You will be disappointed.
