Very professional. Easy to book, prompt response. All the guys that showed up, with no exception, were very nice, polite and personable. They did a phenomenal job. We are repeat clients and would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs tree service.

Very nice guys, showed up when they said they would, and did everything plus a little extra that I had forgotten to tell them about when I asked for the quote.

I called in December two months after the hurricane; this was after no other service returning calls for two months. On Demand came within a few days and took out two downed oaks and grounded the stumps down. They did a great job!! I hope to use them again soon.

I saw their truck at a red light and got the phone number. Best call I made in a while! I had dead trees, shrubs, hedges and palms still on the ground from hurricane damage at our large condominium towers on the beach. We cut and gathered into piles. On Demand came out with the grapple truck and removed everything quickly, professionally, affordable and left the property looking like home again. No wonder every review has 5 stars!

My family recently tried to work with this company to trim back some tree limbs near our home, especially with a rough hurricane season approaching. We were told someone would be coming out, and my mom waited all day for a courtesy call or update none ever came. She eventually called the company herself, and coincidentally, they happened to be “around the corner” just to exchange tools, not to actually service our property.

The workers who showed up seemed completely unaware we were even scheduled, telling us they were booked for two months. When we called the office again, the receptionist, Jessica, was incredibly rude and dismissive. It was clear she lacked basic customer service skills and had no intention of resolving the situation. One of the workers even casually mentioned they were heading home for the day, showing zero interest in our tree or the job we were expecting them to do.

To make matters worse, the workers stood in front of us vaping in our driveway completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The owner, Paige, eventually called us to apologize, as well as to offer a discounted price in exchange for me to not leave this Google review her workers need to be held accountable.

We were just trying to prepare our home for the season, and instead we got confusion, rudeness, and no service at all. We do not recommend this company and hope others think twice before trusting them.

Best experience I could have asked for. They did an excellent job cutting down multiple trees, and trimming many more. A strangler fig was literally 1 inch from the house, with multiple large branches over the entire roof. They removed it flawlessly, and ground the stump. Very friendly, great people all around. And they cleaned up before leaving! Highly recommend. Thank you Paige and Mike!

On Demand Tree Service is a rare company in today's service industry. We used them for the second time recently and the experience was just as great as the first time. If you haven't contacted them, you're in for a unique experience. Call them up and a friendly, polite, professional person actually answers the phone ! They'll quickly work up an estimate for you and get you scheduled. Communication is excellent. If you chose to have them do your job they'll actually show up exactly when scheduled ! The work will be done just the way you requested and the price will be very fair. You can't go wrong with these folks.

Mike and his crew showed up as scheduled to remove our large diseased Laurel Oak tree. Their crane operator was skilled and experienced.
I like that they have their own crane and stump grinders.

On DemandTree Service did a great job cutting down the tree in my backyard. They removed all debree and completely grind the tree stump They definitely know what they're doing. If I ever need another tree removed. I'm definitely calling on demand tree service.
