Called Royal tree services for a small job and they came out next day to give me an estimate. Very fair estimate at that. Hired them and they came out on the day they said they would. Billy and his helper were very efficient and professional and got the job done in less than 1 hr. Cleaned up nicely at the end of the job. Would highly recommend and would definitely hire again.

Great work, but zero consideration of other people time.
On my very first appointment, they cancelled last minute.
On the day they were scheduled to start, as St Pete Pavers, they cancelled to following day, without notification. That day, was scheduled for the landscaping. The landscaping was delayed for the next week on Thursday, didn’t show, they showed up Friday and finally got it done in one day.
I asked for an appointment for an estimate on front yard. Now, I work but can flex with time, stayed around waiting, then 15 minutes before appointment they called to cancel rescheduling for the next day. I was not going to wait around another day. I decided these people think their time is more valuable than mine….I gave them more than three strikes. I cancelled and went with another company. Service and consideration is valuable to our family.

Royal Tree Services recently came in and finished removing the last of the trees that I wanted gone after Hurricane Milton. One was a 140 foot Norfolk Island Pine. They also did a few other smaller trees but that was the main tree. It was located in my back yard in a tight work space but the Royal Tree Services Team did a great job! I would highly recommend them! Get your trees pruned and trimmed before Hurricane Season by Royal Tree Services.

After Hurricane Ian, I requested several quotes from the major companies due to a large oak that was leaning on my shed and another tree that was tilting and starting to uproot. Royal Tree was the first to respond and did not price gouge unlike most of the other “popular” companies. My neighbor also had issues with his trees and ended up using them as well after I mentioned why I chose them. We are all pleased with the quality, price, and professionalism and will definitely use them again for my future tree and landscaping needs.

We shopped around for the removal of our rotting Laurel Oak. Royal had the best reviews, came back with the best rate, and was able to be here a week after the quote. Brandon and his team were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and HARD WORKERS! We will definitely be contacting them in the future for any of our landscaping needs!

I will always choose Royal Tree Services! Brandon originally came out to give us a quote to remove 2 trees & we could tell from the start that he was trustworthy. He was very transparent, honest & professional. The crew who removed the trees did such an amazing job, you cannot even tell there were trees in those places! They were extremely friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. Joe & a few others who stayed behind to clean up literally left our backyard cleaner than it was before they got there. We had Royal Tree Service take the tops off of 7 dead pines. They did a great job. The job was done quickly and clean up was done well too. I was concerned that our water line might be an issue. They went out of their way to make sure they stayed away from it.
