I was truly hesitant at first to hire this company because almost all of their reviews were 5-stars. It seemed too good to be true. But after seeing that they are accredited with Better Business Bureau (with a score of A+), I went ahead and finalized everything with them.

I cannot be any more pleased with this company! I had a huge oak tree in my backyard that was leaning towards the lake with such a small entrance to the backyard. I thought that it would be almost impossible to get this humongous tree down but they got it done in one day!

They showed up on time with Mike leading the way. The entire crew was superb! They were so respectful, friendly, and very skilled at what they are doing. It was quite amazing to watch - the skill, the teamwork, and the camaraderie of the entire crew.
There was even a time when they had to bring back the spider crane looking thing in the backyard because there were a couple of branches that were missed coming from the neighbor's yard. When I brought it up to one of the guys, he was very willing to help and was even apologetic about it.

The end result was amazing! They cleaned up really well after it was all over. I even told this one guy that nothing has to be perfect and that everything looked good already. But he stayed until 7:30PM anyway to make sure everything was done right! Wow. Again, I am just amazed! I hope every company works the way this company does because they don't mess around and they do their job well. The cost was also very well-priced. They did not ask for payment until everything was completed, and with me satisfied.

Beware: On Demand Tree Service covered my house, my pool, my grill, and all my landscaping with saw dust from a neighbor's tree they cut. They took no responsibility. When I called they said it was "just a little saw dust". They offered to send a guy out with a blower the next day, but with the rain coming, I couldn't wait. Besides, they aren't qualified to clean the pool. They left me with a huge mess and dismissed my concerns. This company should be out of business.

Great company. We got several quotes from tree trimming and they were by far the most responsive and reliable. Showed up on time for the quote and had great follow through. Did great work and cleaned up everything. Will definitely use again.

Brandon and his team were great, hard working, and efficient. I had a huge tree removed in just 2 days, even with downtime from storms coming through. A lot of respect for he guy that climbed up and down the branches and ensured nothing was damaged throughout the process. I would recommend Royal Tree Services to others, and will be using them in the future.

My experience with Royal Tree and Lawn Service was great. Brandon responded quickly to get me my initial estimate, which was competitive to other quotes I received. They removed two big trees, (did an awesome job of stump grinding both trees) trimmed and thinned a very tall Live Oak that was overhanging my house. Two of the trees overhung both mine and the neighbors fence/property. The tree in the back of the house was dangerously close to both my house roof and our detached garage/workshop and nothing was damaged :-).
The best part was they also hauled away such a HUGE pile of wood and all I needed to do was sweep a little. On the day of service there was equipment problems, but Brandon let me know they would be running late and evidently borrowed equipment from another service, which not only kept him on my job but also indicates to me that he has good relationships with his competitors. His crew was very polite and had great camaraderie. They were certainly aware of safety and helping each other out. I was surprised and amazed by the use of a 'climber' (a real human being in a harness with a chainsaw) instead of mechanical lifts to do the high trimming/cutting. It's a great feeling when you’re able to hire real professionals that actually say what they mean and do what that say they will in a timely fashion! I would absolutely recommend and use Royal Tree and Lawn Service again for other jobs.

I could write paragraphs, but I’ll just say that these guys were reliable, reasonably priced, and the worked fast & hard to do a phenomenal job of clearing a ton of debris from my yard. I’d recommend in a heartbeat!

Needed several small oaks gone which were growing along my fence line and into power/cable lines along the side of my house, as well as branches growing over my roof cut back, and several small trees in my back yard removed. Royal Tree Services gave me quote for a reasonable price and provided a scheduled date promptly in the same day. They arrived on time at the scheduled date and their crew was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly. In the space in a few hours they had the job done, cleaned up after themselves, the property looking fantastic, and my mind at peace knowing I no longer have to worry about the tree overgrowth.

Brandon and his team do a great job. Brandon is very responsive and communicates updates through the entire process. The team is friendly and does great cleanup when the work is done. They even took some dead palm fronds from my yard on their own initiative. Will do business with them again!

Royal Tree did an efficient excellent job of removing 3 trees that were causing issues with the electrical lines in my backyard. Brandon made sure the damage to my fence cause by the tree removal was repaired in a timely manner. Royal Tree was easy to work with, attentive and responsive. Will hire again.

We were so pleased with the paving work done by Royal Trees. Brandon was quick to respond to my initial call and communicated with me every step of the way. Although this was only a walkway from house to street, Brandon didn't hesitate to say, "We can do that," and immediately set a date. Brandon arrived with his two workers on that day. The work was done carefully and quickly over several hours, with Brandon there to get the job going, and at the end to check the quality of the job, which was superb. We would not hesitate to use Royal Trees for any kind of work.

I myself have not used this company because I rent but I have recommended them to many of my friends and family and everyone has had nothing but amazing things to say about their work. As well as being very punctual and professional. 10/10 recommend.

Well overdue review, but Billy was very kind and a skilled tree trimmer. He came out to my house two days before hurricane Milton and cut down my entire oak tree, and even cut a couple of branches hanging over a power line on my second oak tree free of charge. He was even animal friendly by moving a baby squirrel nest to the second oak and made a tiny hole for them to be protected. Glad to have him as my new tree guy.
