DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY, In September 2020 I contacted this company through a friends recommendation. John Gaffney came to the house, and we discussed an addition to the existing home. I told him my budget was 50,000. He said he could do it for about $60,000. We both agreed and I sent him $2,200.00 for blueprints. He told me it would take about 60 days to get the drawing and permits.
Since the sixty days was around November Thanksgiving, I gave him a couple of more weeks to get me the drawings and to call me. I left him two messages with no response in December. I heard nothing. January came I left two messages, no response. I had to call one of his workers to get him a message to call me. He finally did. He said he was very sorry and that he would have the drawings done soon.
I received the drawing on January 4, 2021. Asked for some changes to be made and did not hear back from him until a month later.
February 4, 2021, the new drawing was completed, and I agreed to go forward with the addition to the house.
It took another month to get a price on the project. I received the cost estimate on March the 13th, 2021. It was $15,000, more than we had discussed, making it $75, 000.00, to add on less than 480 sq feet to the home and remodel a garage into a bathroom. He said due to the cost of lumber and supplies it would be 75,000.00. I took a day to think about it. Left him a message to that I was going forward with the project. John Gaffney did not respond. I also sent him an email requesting my money back, even though I knew that would not happen. No response. He is refusing to do the project, yet he took my 2,200.00 for the drawing.
I feel it is a class thing. A racial thing. I feel I am not wealthy enough for this company but good enough to take $2,200.00 for drawings that he was never going to build. We had a verbal agreement.

I have known John and worked with him on several design/drafting issues. His professionalism and attention to detail has really impressed me. We have met on several occasions to discuss designs and layout issues and I get the feeling that, no matter what the job, he knows his stuff. I look forward to working with John on future projects.

Someone answered the call at dinner time, and the owner John came out within 24 hours. We got new windows for our whole house after trying to work with bug box stores and were told it was 5-6 months. John had some suggestions and we actually saved $4,000. Very happy. He was referred from our child's school and another parent. Thanks. Christmas is going to go well this year.

We called John along with a few other professional contractors. Three contractors came to our home. Of the three John was definitely the most professional. He gave us some great ideas…one that proved vital in the addition of a room. He was the only that suggested the hallway be 4ft. wide to continue the open flow of the home. The others were going to make it 3ft wide. One contractor actually told us to not let any other contractors tell us they could get the necessary lumber to build the room. John had no issues getting the lumber and having it built in such a way that anyone coming into our home can not believe it wasn’t an original part of the home.
We also had our master bath remodeled and our second bath partially remodeled. While there were a few hiccups…as there typically is, John always made sure we were happy with the end result. John has a great eye for design and has great suggestions to add to your renovation.

Their mold remediation services went beyond basic cleanup, ensuring the attic was properly treated and protected. The crew was organized, respectful, and completed the job on schedule. Excellent experience overall.

Had a appointment for a estimate to refinish my pool at 8:30am, never showed up and no phone call

Tony & his crew were a great pleasure to work with & to have on-site for a two week period. They were super nice, always on time, very neat, pleasant yet not intrusive. From the planning, selecting tile, and developing the timeline they were excellent. Tony always communicated quickly & professionally. I highly recommend them. Pricing was fair and they were fast also. They redid my pool, spa, 2 fountains, and pavers around the pool. Overall, the most reliable and best pool service I have used.

the worst company to ever deal with !!! the secretary at this company is so RUDE, would not even send me a receipt just a confirmation number…. hundreds of dollars later… i feel robbed… will never recommend this company to anyone ever again!!! finally have found a loyal gentleman who keeps his price reasonable and is understanding and explains everything !!! DO NO GO TO THEM !!!! AWFUL!

The discrimination of this place is impeccable. Firing an employee because their spouse had a criminal offense 20 years ago, and over exaggerating the offense on top of it all. Highly unprofessional. This left a bad taste in the mouth of many people.

I called custom pool for a last-minute Pool Repair before our company Christmas party, and they came out right away gave me all the attention special ordered a part and had it fixed in two days I tip my hat to not only custom pool But Steve, who came out and went went way out of his way to get me fixed up and ready to go for our annual Christmas party at my house

These people are quick to judge without even asking or checking there facts. My son went there to apply for a job and was hired but by the next day they called to say that the person whom he was going to be taking over for because he has cancer did not want to give up his route. But there were other routes available and to give them till the following week to get back with him and to call if he doesn't here from them. Well they never answered the phone when he called. So I called and co.e to find out they claim that they had noticed he had blood shot eyes. OMG. And they claim they saw people in the vehicle drinking. That was an out right false accusations. My son doesn't drink and neither do I. My other son was in the car with us and he was drinking a Pepsi. So stay away from these people they don't have a clue. I just get the guy they were talking g about doesn't exist, much less gas cancer. The only cancer is in their way of treating people and missjudging. What is really sad is they didn't even have the decency to tell him the truth or even question him about it. So if you have blood shot eyes or drink Pepsi don't go there looking for a job. Who knows what they will tell you.

After numerous attempts to find and repair a leak in a attached hot tub (small), they billed $500. We told them we were not going to pay until it was fixed, they sent us to collections! Very unprofessional!
