I had a suspected pool leak and the expert they sent out was fantastic! He identified three leaks in my grout that I never would have found, and was able to fix all of them without issue. He also checked all my pool lines/pressures, just to confirm that there were no separate issues. Clearly an expert and well worth it, given water bills these days. The rep on the phone was also so pleasant and receptive. Will definitely be calling on these guys again.

Craig and his team at Coastlife did an incredible job on my pool, deck and turf! His team was very professional, always on time, always did what they said they were going to do, stuck to their word and timelines and even were ahead of schedule on my entire project by almost two months! My wife and I met with a number of pool contractors to ensure we weren't going to be on the six o'clock news complaining about losing our deposit to some fly by night pool builder and we couldn't be happier that we went with Coastlife as we knew our money was safe with this company. A few things that stood out for us was the warranty on the shell of the pool and that it was transferable to the new homeowners in the event we sold the house in the future, the fact that Coastlife didn't try to nickel and dime every step of the way (most of the other companies we interviewed tried to sneak in fees in various ways via their estimates) and finally that when we called Craig, Greg or anyone else for that matter at Coastlife we always got an answer on the first telephone ring or they called us back immediately to answer any questions/concerns we had. This is the first home that we have owned where we took on a pool project and I can say that while most people always have horror stories we can say it was a breath of fresh air dealing with this company, Craig and the whole team at Coastlife.

It’s been a long 9 weeks going back and forth with this company. I have clearly stated in an email I’d like the work to start ASAP. Unfortunately, all I’ve been left with is two separate meetings where a contractor was supposed to look at my backyard but they never showed up. It’s been over a week since both no shows on both meetings and I haven’t even received an apology.

WE had our pool resurfaced in 2018 and love it! It turned out beautiful. We also since then have had pool services that have continues since then.

Craig and his team were amazing throughout the entire process and we cannot say how pleased we are with our beautiful patio remodel. Craig worked with us tirelessly as we developed our plans, changed our minds, added new things, always happy to help in any way to bring the ideas in our head and on paper, to life. We had a complete renovation of our pools surface and tile including new heater and lighting, We had several estimates and could not have made a better choice. They communicated very well every step of the process and even called on a few delays because of the weather to make sure we knew what was going on. Everyone involved working on this pool were very professional and personable. The finished product is everything we had hoped for!!!!

When we have issues with the water (inevitable at times) they are resolved quickly to keep our pool in great shape. The office staff always picks up the phone if you need them as well—great communication.
