My usual problems with pool maintenance is that the techs who service the pool are poor ; or inconsistent, or you have a good one until they leave & the next one is poor. My pool was mostly consistently cleaned well when I was in residence. It as when I was away from my residence that I had issues. Also, the companies billing is deceiving in my opinion. I am a retired lawyer & well accustomed to paying invoices. They bill automatically in the 1 st of the month regardless of whether their customer has a credit in excess of the amount due. Credits on the account are not shown on the invoice. Everyone receives an email declaring the company has not received payment by the 15th of the month regardless of whether they have paid or not. The hitch here is the payment has not yet been entered into the system / routinely. The invoice states boldly that if the check is not received by the 15 th that a $7.50 late charge is automatically added. When questioned they claim somewhere on that invoice in small print it states customers have until the 30th. It is not readily apparent to me anyway. Do I started paying for 2 months at a time. I still never had a credit on my statement & still received dunning invoices mid month. When I called to complain , I was told that all credits were on their website but never are noted in the billing. I had a $400+ credit on my account & I was constantly received invoices showing I was in arrears. I asked for a refund which took 2 weeks to process. I had never received any interest on the moneys they would have kept indefinitely without my even being aware. I am guessing that many of their customers are elderly & may own more than I home. I would also venture that if this happened to me it has happened to other customers if not all. I as constantly being billed for items covered in my contract & it was up to me to correct it- not their responsibility. It was a full time job taking care of my accounting issues with them ; & interestingly, no mistakes were ever made except those benefiting the company & it was in the customer to discover & correct. I don’t have time for that. You can draw any other implications from my story that make sense to u. I certainly have my own theories as to why their billing practices consistently vary from any other company I have used over a 40 yr period. I can only report the facts as they happened to me.

They refurbished my pool 5 years ago. Great job and reasonable cost. They've also maintained it since then. Never miss a week and always thorough.

I am truly impressed by this company. From the very top all the way through to their vendors. Look, no job/company is ever perfect and everyone's experiences differ, but I have had them servicing my pool for 8 years and the entire company is great at what they do, friendly, responsive and caring! They will do everything to make sure you are satisfied. When it came time to resurface my pool, I also chose CoastLife for this. The product itself is beautiful and I have no complaints. The process had some bumps with equipment from a vendor, but not the fault of CoastLife, AND THEY MADE SURE TO BE ON IT (EVERY SINGLE PERSON!) The vendor was also extremely apologetic (even though they couldn't have predicted the machine malfunction) and did everything they could to make it right. I truly had a great experience with CoastLife and I would definitely recommend them to others

I have been using CoastLife Pools and Spas since 2017 and have nothing but good words about their services and their personnel - both in the office and in the field.
The office staff are knowledgeable and courteous and respond almost immediately to questions or concerns.
The field technicians are efficient, very knowledgeable about water chemistry and the pool equipment and respectful of our property.

From the very first conversation with Craig where we took our concepts/ideas and converted them into real 3D designs; we felt that our project was just as important to him as it was to us. The team at CoastLife pools has significantly improved the appearance of our pool. We can count on our pool tech perform the entire service. He emails service visit notes before he leaves our home and includes photos. Last year, when we needed to replace our pump and filter, the CoastLife team quickly prepared a proposal and explained our options. We’ve been using CoastLife Pools for the past couple years. After a disappointing series of events with the prior pool service company, several of our neighbors switched to CoastLife. Our service tech is professional, reliable, personable and very courteous. You can’t ask for much more than that?

The pool is approximately 25 years old and began to show signs of wear on the finish. Last fall, we consulted their Service Manager and he gave us a very detailed estimate of the work necessary to refinish/refurbish our pool system. Their team walked us through the entire process of selecting colors, patterns and the ‘new’ look of our pool. After the work was completed, the finished product far exceeded our expectations and the pool looks inviting and very finished. CoastLife is an outstanding family company with skilled and responsive employees that truly care about their customers.

We absolutely love our pool. Nick was fabulous at helping us design it and is a saint with unending patience. The price was very competitive. Maria at the office is a sweetheart and the entire crew was wonderful. Any concerns were promptly remedied and best of all, the end product is beautiful. We had no idea how much we would enjoy it.

Having my first pool build experience with CoastLife Pools met and exceeded ALL my expectations from start to finish. From the planning process to complete of my pool was outstanding. The communication was always fluid and was always there to answer any of my questions and concerns. Everyone I interacted with was a pleasure to deal with from the Owners Craig and Nick to Maria who assisted with my design and the permitting process to Greg who was the field supervisor and was always ready & available with anything I threw his way. Couldn’t be more happier with the way my pool and backyard turned out. Turn around time from when they broke around was also great and just in time for summer!
