We had to get a new AC system when we moved to FL. Krause and Crane were able to accommodate us immediately and their pricing was great.

Overall good maintenance. Tech used vacuum to suck out drain line but would have liked the drain cleaner fluid poured down the line like has been done in the past.

Krauss and Crane has been so receptive to our AC needs. Always on it when things break down. We appreciate the terrific service we receive from them.

The serviceman was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Was on time, serviced the units, gave valuable info to help keep system working. Alls good here. Great company. Made the mistake of buying the new unit from another company. They were arrogant and rude. Should have stayed with Krauss &Crane. Believe me, it won’t happen again. It’s Krauss &Crane from now on. Best service ever!!

We have been using them a couple years and they are here about once a month for repairs. We bought a warranty but still have had to pay everything. This morning they charged us $828. Today for 2 hours labor They refuse to give us an itemized bill as they DONT do that.This was the final straw. Don't use them.

There are several reasons K & C has been in business for over 65 years, and integrity and quality work are two of those. We all see lots of different a/c company trucks running around town every day. Before I met one of the owners, I had nothing but bad experiences with the majority of other contractors doing repairs or new installs. K & C have great technicians and very personable office staff. You will not go wrong having this company do your work.

I have had my AC system under contract with Krauss & Crane for 15 yrs. Always great service. Prompt courteous same day service when needed.

I had a great experience with one of your employees named Chase. He was professional and very well first and helping me set up my wireless thermostat. I highly recommend Chase and Krause and Crane.

Jason was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and the work was scheduled for the next day. The guys showed up on time and were very polite and professional. Work was completed and they cleaned up afterwards. I will continue to rely on Seacoast to take care of our AC system.

We have never had a bad experience with Sea Coast and even though this was just a routine maintenance of our ac units, his customer service surpassed our expectations. Just having a big smile, being personable, knowledgeable and just a kind person. He was done before you knew it too. I vote him employee of the year, (if there is such a thing lol). Thanks Chris!

I highly recommend Sea Coast. Kasey was my technician and he was a pleasure to work with. I had a thermostat go bad and I wanted to upgrade to a smart wi-fi thermostat. Even though it was almost 4pm when I called the office, Kasey arrived within a couple hours and he diagnosed the problem and returned the next day and installed the new thermostat.

Very professional. Great service as usual. Actually arrived early for scheduled appointment, which was great. Highly recommend Seacoast as they ALWAYS are available when needed.

System installed about 2014. Included free parts only pay labor for ten years.

Installers took old air conditioner and air handler after I told them not to. They actually got angry with me for insisting that I was going to scrap it myself. They never fixed the issue with air not cooling far side of home.
2 to 3 years later, the fan in the air handler stopped working. Man came out, said nothing is wrong and charged me 1 hour labor. I called again. Next guy said the air handler fan was bad. Took him 30 minutes. He left and took an hour to install. Charged me 450 for only labor some how. The earlier appointment I had was canceled after I called and complained about the price.
Basically free parts, but they charge more for labor to make up the cost.
Few more years past, and the air conditioner just passed its warranty date of 10 years. And the system stopped working. Guy came out. Told me since the system was put in around 2004 something. Looking at his phone like he was reading the install date. That's before I bought this house! He said,"It was old, everything was leaking and it was in very bad shape". He said," I needed a brand new air conditioner and air handler".
There's no point of arguing or debating with a liar so I just told him to leave. Paid his 1 hour.

I put new window units from home Depot in, that are controlled with a Google nest, and my power bill dropped as I don't need to cool the whole house. These cost me 350 each and a 500 for main unit. Considering my system was put in 2009 forever $7,000. I can imagine that would be $14,000 in today's money. So I made a good decision with the windows.

Oh a side related note, My neighbor has only issues with his new system company too. Not seacoast, but it does show a pattern.
