Ricky C was polite and professional and did a great job on our water heater!

We had a water flow issue with our kitchen sink. I called priority plumbers. They came out the next day. They were very professional and communicated when they were arriving at the house, what the circumstance was with the water flow, and the cost of repair. They gave us peace of mind and fixed our issue quickly. I would totally recommend them. And it's always a plus to support local business.

The team at Priority Plumbers are top notch and a pleasure to work with. They are responsive, punctual, professional, and detailed oriented. I placed a call for service during their after hour times and I received a phone call back within 20 minutes of leaving a message. I then had their service techs at my home the next morning. I received a 12 hour response time for a non-emergency pluming request, so I can only image what their response time is like for an emergency call. Other then seeing the work done that was needed, you would have never known they were at my home. They worked clean and efficient, and made sure to put everything back exactly as it was when they arrived.

I plan to use Priority Plumbers for any plumbing needs that I have and I would recommend to everyone.

Had some plumbing issues on a house I just bought here in PSL. They sent out Charles and Bryce and they were amazing. So professional. Did everything right. Very clean on redoing copper piping. They also put in a ball valve for the main water line coming in. Highly recommend this group to anyone! (And if you are reading from the company, hook these two amazing workers up).

Priority inspected and serviced our 63 separate A/C units as part of our semi-annual maintenance agreement. This included compressor roof top checks and individual A/C units located in separate Condo units. A key feature was the photo backup of every A/C unit showing what was done.

We have used this plumbing company for a variety of jobs and there is not another company like them. They come quickly, and use text messaging with a photo of your technician and keep you updated with their time frame. The technicians are always professional and know what to do. After completion they provide photos of the work that was done. They are excellent in every category and have done numerous plumbing jobs and also replaced out hot water heater. Once you use Priority Plumbers you will not use anyone else. Highly recommend!

Brand new AC install 3 months later TXV gone bad I pay for service maintenance $375 they rap up another job from outside still want me to pay for what they should do right in the first time that included for another AC unit that I have them install they got paid I. Full ahead of time for both brand new AC system 3 month later motor fan gone bad
