They do not lie and their honesty from first contact to completion of the job is worth a lot more than 5 stars. As long as they stay in business I will not look for anyone else. What a fantastic family run business. The father and son are great to work with... We have a home in Stuart, that we acquired from my mother in law. She used to use them for all her AC service and installations. When we took over, we had an air conditioner go down. They were prompt, very reasonably priced and great to work with. I will continue to use this company as long as their in business. I highly recommend them!

I had my 11 year old air conditioner die on me.  The condenser coil had an unrepairable blowout.  South Florida summertime heat is a formidable foe and if I didn't get this fixed, it was going to be my turn for a blowout. Grateful Air came to the rescue!  Tim and his team of cold air engineers arrived the same day that I phoned in the service request.  They quickly assessed the dire situation and presented me with multiple A/C choices and price points for the replacement.  I chose the pretty little 3.5 ton unit behind curtain number 2.  Believe it or not, they had a replacement air conditioner installed the next day.  Their installation was clean and professional, the pricing was fair, the American Standard unit they installed is efficient and whisper quiet, and best of all, my hot wife is now happy.  I recommend Grateful Air without reservation.  Do yourself a favor and remember Grateful Air for all your HVAC needs!

I have been using Grateful Air for about 10 years now and have never had anything but professional service. They replaced my entire AC system about 8 years ago. Grateful Air does quality work at reasonable prices, in my opinion. Owner Tim, and his techs have been on time, fixed my AC problems, charged what they estimated and cleaned up after they finished. Highly recommended company.

Was planning to replace my AC next year, but unfortunately it decided to fail early. Called Grateful on Wed morning, they were out that afternoon to diagnose and patched it enough to run overnight. To my surprise, they were able to move things around and had a whole new system installed by Friday afternoon. With a pregnant wife at home, the timely service was a premium! All of their staff have been great and super friendly over all the visits and the install is something to be proud of. The crew cleaned up the space nicely afterwards to boot. Very appreciative of the work completed and would recommend them to any of my friends and acquaintances for sure!

This morning I woke up to a warm house, this company stickers are all over my AC machines. I see them in my community constantly. I called Grateful immediately and left a message. A gentleman called me back to tell me they would not take on new clients and that my development and unit is awful, and they will not be coming there! 🤷🏻‍♂️🤬 I believe this company does not deserve any clients! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is so unfortunate especially in July

We bought a house (Rocky Point) that recently had new AC system installed. We saw Grateful sticker on unit. So, I called to get on maintenance program. Just so happen the owner answered the phone. He said before we set that up. Lets get units moved to your name for warranty. Did it was very easy.
So, I did that and called Grateful again to say it was done and wanted a service call. A very nice lady said your house has a maintenance program still available too you. Than she said lets set up a date for guys to come out. I said how much is that? She said it free old owners paid already.
Than two very helpful guys came. Check and repair 2 little things they found and said there is an update on outside unit and we will come back next week and install at no charge.
At this point I am floored by there company. All I can say is if you need a honest AC company Grateful is your company.

There's not enough space here for me to say all the wonderful things there are to say about grateful AC and I'm speaking from over 35 years of working with and knowing the Stellar team of technicians and human beings! Grateful AC provided awesome service at fair and reasonable prices to my family's businesses since the 1990s and I continue to rely on them for any needs that I have for AC and expertise! Needs 10 stars!

First, I made the mistake of calling a company called Absolutely Cool Air Conditioning in Stuart, FL. Please read through this review to see how the owner of GRATEFUL AIR CONDITIONING, Tim and his crew SAVED THE DAY for me!

I made the mistake of calling Absolutely Cool Air Conditioning first. They seemed to have good reviews. A technician, Roy Padgett, came to my home to assess why my AC stopped cooling. He informed me that it needed a new coil, which is located in the inside air handler. I informed him that the coil unit itself was still under warranty from American Standard. He gave me a quote; $3,500/ less a "special discoutn" which brought the new price to $2,700. Then I was offered an additional "Discount" if I purchased a year service program from Absolutely Cool. I asked him how much the Coil part was and I was told $800. When I asked why the quote was so high if the coil was under warranty, Roy didn't have a good answer. I tried to call and talk to a Manager and couldn't get through to their office. Roy called his "Boss" who refused to speak to me, but told Roy to relay to me that I still needed to pay them for the part for them taking care of processing the warranty, getting the new coil, etc. Their answers to my questions were evasive and didn't make sense. Why would I have to pay for an $800. coil that was under warranty? I refused to do business with them because they seemed shady to me.

Then I called GRATEFUL AIR CONDITIONING in Port Salerno, FL. I spoke to the owner, Tim. He was very kind and straight forward. After me explaining the situation, he quoted me $800. - $1,000. with the average being $900. His final price was under $1,000.! He took care of getting the warrantied coil from American Standard. His crew removed the bad coil, installed the new one recharged the freon, put the air handler back together professionally and cleaned up well. They even checked out the outside condenser to make sure that it was functioning properly. I will use Grateful Airconditioning for all of my future AC neds. From my experience they're honest, fairly priced and do quality work!

I've been using this company for YEARS! Anytime I have any issue (big or small) I know I'm gonna get the BEST service at a fair price. I got an entirely new air conditioning system installed. When the county inspector came to check the installation, he asked me for the company name. He said he wanted to started using this company because he had never seen such thorough work! That's just additional confirmation of my already positive opinion!

My family has used Grateful AC for over 2 decades for all of our rental properties, and homes. Tim and his crew are not only super nice people who understand the value of excellent service with a good attitude, but they are also very fair, honest and reliable. I can't recommend these guys enough. Yesterday my AC went out randomly stopped cooling, and they were here in less than an hour and had my AC fixed and cooling again in no time. Great people, family run biz, awesome integrity and 5 stars all the way around.

I highly recommend grateful AC. Tim and his crew are very attentive and knowledgeable. Sam especially is very kind and knows what he is doing! I have had a few issues with my unit since moving in and they have always been so helpful and on it. Highly recommend for your AC needs!

Totally recommended. My A/C stopped cooling on the hottest weekend of the year so far. Called other companies nobody could come in until a week. I have a pet sitting business at home, house temperature was 86, called here and someone came out in less than 2 hours, found and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price, thank you again from all of us and the dogs 😄🐾🐾

I've been with these guys for 3 years wouldn't go anywhere else Esteban came out in 30 minutes on a Friday night to fix my air conditioning. He is honest and it feels like a family member coming out. Before you call anybody else call Just Right Heating and Cooling

Our AC system was not working at all. Esteban Mendez came here within 2 hours of call. He was very professional, knowledgeable and timely. Price was very fair as well. He found the parts quickly and had us up and running without delay. Very highly recommend Just Right Heating and Cooling of Port St Lucie.

I called the morning after Christmas. Esteban was there within 3 hours to troubleshoot and had the issue diagnosed. Repaired the system in the same day. Highly recommend Just Right Heating and cooling.

I was in a bind. We were going on vacation in a week and our ac blower died. I didn't want to spend anymore money on my old system so we needed a replacement. Three different contractors wouldn't have been able to do it for at least three weeks. Just right was referred to me by a friend and offered me a great deal on a new Trane system. They understood my situation and the installation was done two days later,on a Saturday .They were punctual, professional and very neat.
I highly recommend Just right heating and cooling.
