Just right has delivered nothing but exceptional customer service. When my 20 year-old unit gave out on the first hot day of the year they showed up and installed a brand new unit and did not leave until they made sure everything was working correctly. Steve and his men were extremely professional courteous And hard-working. They stuck to the price they gave me without adding any hidden fees or up charges and instead of waiting for the unit to possibly go wrong in the future, Steve recommended I purchase a 12 year labor warranty through the manufacturer directly because of how expensive it can be to replace certain parts that go wrong. I cannot recommend just right heating and cooling anymore and will be using them in the future for any of my AC needs and will recommend them to absolutely everybody. I know can’t thank Steven his man enough for doing the right job on time.

Esteban Mendez the manager was knowledgeable and professional. After doing my research which Mr. Mendez encouraged I was excited about choosing the Daikin Fit inverse technology AC. Joseph the technician who installed the new air conditioner unit was pleasant, professional and organized. He was punctual and efficient. The unit looked awesome everything was nice and neat. Communication was excellent Mr. Mendez explained everything answered all my questions. The new unit passed inspection with the city and my new AC is working perfectly.

Just Right Heating and Cooling responded very quickly with a quote and more important found what my cooling problem was and how to fix it. Other companies quoted prices for a new system but were way overpriced compared to what my neighbors paid. When I contacted Just Right AC they showed up and not only did they give me a great quote but showed up the next morning for a complete installation. Very professional and expertly done. Had to do it quickly since my freon in the old system was almost completely empty when the manager checked the system. I saw the results and had to move quickly and they jumped on the new installation eight o'clock the next morning. Way better than any of the local companies said they could have it done. Everybody needs to go to this company for any of their heating and cooling problems.

I had such a great experience with this small family-owned business. Steban, the owner, came to my home himself to clean the air handler coil. He was on time, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done without trying to upsell anything.
You can tell he takes pride in his work he got it cleaned thoroughly. The air in the house feels noticeably better, and the system is running much more efficiently now.
It’s rare these days to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend Steban and his team if you're looking for honest, reliable HVAC service.

Esteban was very professional and knowledgeable about my unit. I had an issue with Freedom air where they basically scammed me out of $4000 and didn’t even fix my unit and then they tried to sell me another one for $15,000… anyway he helped explain to me what the other company had done and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently not to mention quoted me on a new system for way less with better maintenance warranty on parts and labor. After I get my money back from freedom whether by them or through court I will 100% be using Just right from now on for all my ac needs.
