UPDATE: My A/C went out on the 4th of July and I called JB to get it fixed and they came out and got it up and running that day! With my maintenance contract I got 15% off the parts and labor! I recommend everyone to call and get the maintenance agreement!!!! THANK YOU JB for saving me money.

Do not choose this company. Did not give us the correct equipment. I thought they were handeling everything well at first. Then years later all the imperfection water drainage and poor customer service showed themselves. They just want to make a quick buck.

On Friday May 7, 2021at a property on SE Amyris Ct, Stuart FL I witness two Grateful AC employees intentionally release freon from a system into a bucket of water while they casually sat in their vehicle.

It was clear this was a regular practice and they were not concerned that what they were doing violates our Clean Air Act and their EPA certification (if they have one). I attempted to make contact with the company to resolve the matter following this even with two calls and a voicemail explaining who I am, where I was at, and what I saw. I recieved no call back and after several days files a complaint with the EPA for this.

I cannot recommend any company that knowingly conceals or supports staff intentionally breaking the law and harming our environment.
