Terry is the best! Very experienced and awesome customer service. And the service plan he told us about is a great plan for the money.

They always are beyond fair price wise and do the highest quality work. They’ve caught other poor work done by other companies that had to be repaired. They showed me and were over the top fair on fixing up the right way. Simply the best!

Chuck of AC Care is amazing. He meticulously does maintenance on our home air conditioner and is very cost conscious when repairs are needed. He is very personable and caring. He is the main reason that we have been loyal to AC Care

Chuck is hands down the best AC maintenance technician we’ve ever had! Every time he services our unit, it runs perfectly and stays that way until the next scheduled cleaning. He’s thorough, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Whenever someone else comes from the company, we end up having issues not long after and have to call them back. But with Chuck, we never have to worry—he gets it right the first time. Highly recommend asking for him if you want the job done properly!

We called A/C Care to re-insulate our A/C ducts with closed cell foam to replace our insulation in our crawlspace. We could not be happier with their service. From the estimating process, through the job on a daily basis, and right up to the finish, Kevin and his crew kept us informed with daily communication and pictures. He was polite, honest and informative, and they were neat and clean with their work. They did exactly what they promised and the finished job is perfect.
We would give them 6 stars if we could!

I have had several A/C companies come to my home over the years and none of them come close to A/C Care Heat & Air. Jimmy and Terry were fantastic! These guys were punctual, professional and took the time to explain everything that was causing the issue. They conducted a thorough evaluation tracking all lines in the hot attic. They took pictures and showed me images while explaining. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. I will be using this company for years to come!!

Chuck is always smiling! He has been servicing my AC for at least 9 or so years! I trust his recommendation and always do what he says is needed.

Brandon and the team did an excellent job of replacing the air handler and insulation for my AC system. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. He explained what the job entailed so that I would understand.

A/C Cate has come twice. The first time was after hours Friday night and Jimmy was there in an hour and had the AC up and running. Jimmy was professional and explained the problem did not try to up sell and gave me tips to maintain the unit and fixed my PVC cut with a cap.

The second time Jimmy listened to me and what was happening, diagnosed the issue and was prepared to fix the blower motor on the spot.

There is a reason this company has over 500 5 star reviews. Jimmy is experienced and professional. It is peace of mind to call a company you trust.

Showed up for my Emergency within an hour! Very thorough and kind person, my wife and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. My wife is still hot though… So good looking!

Yesterday, 2/11/26 I used A/C Care's services for my AC Maintenance. This is now I think the third time I have had one of their technicians out for service or maintenance. Although I really liked the tech who came out in the past, he no longer is with the company. This time Chuck came out. Once again I'm blown away on how great a tech & person Chuck is. He did my maintenance perfect, just the way I would expect. I would give Chuck's service 10 stars if I could. So far I have been very happy with all the work and maintenance that has been done by AC Care & Heat. I look forward to work with them again, especially Chuck. Please keep up the good/great work!

We contacted AC Heat & Care for our pool heater issues. They were extremely polite on the phone, easy to understand, and were able to schedule us fairly rapidly to come out and troubleshoot our issue.

They gave us a 2 hour window, and had called before the window giving us a 30 minute heads up of their arrival time which is so appreciated for their concern of our time.

The technician Terry B was courteous and well-versed in troubleshooting our pool heating issues. It was good to see a technician stepping through his troubleshooting techniques to identify our problem and then fix our issue. He was proficient, and very easily explained the problem in layman’s terms for us to understand what needed to be done. Within a short time, he had our system back up operational for a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend this AC Care Heat & Air for any AC or pool heater issues!

Blessings come in many disguises and this was one of them. For the past 48hrs, my ac was running, but continued to stay at 83 degrees, so I had to shut it off, open the windows and doors and run the ceiling fans.
I called up this company through a referral and they scheduled someone to come out within a couple hours.
Terry appeared and provided the type of service that is often lost in today’s world. He brought and wore his own shoe covers to wear in my house. In the 4yrs that I have lived in PSL, not one single person has ever done this. He was respectful enough not to want to walk throughout my house, and offered to go through the garage only. He brought a sense of calm and ease when Im usually anxious when it comes to repair men.
Terry was very warm, welcoming and explained things in a way I could understand. It’s the small things that matter. Especially for young women that live alone.
It’s a shame, but well deserved blessing that he will be retiring soon as the world doesn’t deserve people like Terry.
Just to think, I came upon this company by accident when another one I wanted to use was booked out for weeks. Terry, I can’t thank you enough. You were provided at just the right time.
