good afternoon I want to thank Mr. Chuck for always on time and always take good care of my AC system. I wouldn’t trade him for anyone else. He’s the best technician that I have seen so far that knows the system in and out always on point never had any problems after Chuck left. Every single person I have spoken with or met face to face with this company has been amazingly nice and informative. The service is thorough and they keep me up to the minute on everything they are doing. Even when I can’t see for myself they took video and pictures to show me (AC on roof). They were even courteous enough to watch for my cats when coming in and out of my house. Pricing was pretty great too!

Terry showed up within 30 minutes of my call for emergency service on a weekend. He was courteous and his work was thorough. He explained what might have caused the issue and made suggestions to avoid future occurrences.

Had service same day as calling in. Terry was courteous and answered all me questions. Parts were available next morning and Terry arrived promptly and completed the service. I have used A/C care for several years and highly recommend them.

Chuck is awesome! Really knows everything about any kind of air conditioner. Knows how to fix it. Always honest. Always gets the job done even with air conditioners that are in some pretty impossible to reach places. Always funny. He saved our butts from a mini hot grilling summer. Terry arrived on time and did a professional service job. He kept our home clean as he worked and explained the condition of our equipment before leaving.

Terry from Air Care called and asked if he could swing before the scheduled appointment which was great for me. I had requested maintenance but had an idea something was wrong. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue and had it resolved before the house was a sweltering hot box. Thanks Terry, great job!

Terry and Zach were great. They arrived early and went right to work. They were diligent and worked well as a team to replace our compression. I would recommend the two of them and AC Care to friends and family.

Jimmy and John did a great job fixing my air just in time for summer. Ac Care had Jimmy to my shop the next day, he was patient with my frustration, very good communication about the issue and the fix, and had me up and running the same day.

Edit: Terry just came to fix another issue…arrived quickly, very helpful in trying to permanently fix an issue from a previous company.

AC Care and Terry were great to work with. They got us taken care of very promptly when our AC went out in 87 degree weather. We really appreciate it and highly recommend them!

I am so thankful that we found Chuck at AC care!! He is an amazing technician and a pleasure to deal with. He listens carefully to the problem we are experiencing, asks the appropriate questions, finds the problem, and then patiently explains what is wrong and discusses the options of repair versus replace with me and my husband. Once we have chosen an option, he tells us what parts he will need and how long it will take to get them. He always goes the extra mile, checking to see if the unit is still under warranty. I always feel confident that he has my back. AC Care does a great job of keeping me informed of when parts arrive and scheduling Chuck to come out to do the repair work. I have a private house and a warehouse space and Chuck keeps all three of my units in good repair. I am a very happy customer!!
