I dont know what is going on with Breath Healthier there was a sheriff paper on door no one answers phone. Had a system installed no permits filed! Company doesn't respond. Spent lots of money on system not working correctly

This is a review of something that I never do! I have been a customer for many years never had problems before. The men that have been to my house Tim, Tony my favorite Barry he was a fellow NY'ER has been great except for the batch I feel uncomfortable and the people in office are very disrespectful. I have to change companies it took me awhile to write I have been ill. Please everyone beware don't use this company. Tried to get the owner to call me but can't get thru the guardian in office. Hopefully this stays so others will read this. Please bring back the old regime that was there thank you

We came down to find some mold in our house and a leak in our ceiling. I called , and Kevin arrived within the hour. He diagnosed the problems( there were several) explained what needed to be done, and took care of them. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Breathe Healthier Air is a great company at the right price! They truly know how to treat their customers. I can’t think of a more affordable and friendly company to work with—they do the job right the first time.

They came out and only charged me a great rate. They cleaned the vents, set the thermostat, checked the Freon in my AC unit, and even went up in the ceiling to make sure no vents were stopped up. The technician was thorough, professional, and honest.

Jay deserves to be treated very well. He was very kind, calm, great with my kids, efficient, neat, and willing to check anything I mentioned and resolved any extra issues we had. I have been a customer for about 4 years with no issues. I was sent an invoice with a $170 charge for a service call that was part of my maintenance contract. The 3rd time I called to get it resolved, I was unhappy to say the least. The woman I spoke with was very rude and didn’t get any nicer. Before hanging up, I told her I didn’t want to see any more invoices. After hanging up, I received 4 texts with invoices and 3 emails! When I called to cancel my service, she was no nicer. Unbelievable to get such poor customer service trying to solve an issue the company created. Only giving 1 star because the form requires it

Yesterday, I had a new HVAC system installed by a crew from Arnold's Air Conditioning -- a Daikin Fit heat pump. The crew consisted of Breno, Jorge, and Brandon, and they were wonderful, working seamlessly together. They were professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled technicians. Since they were at my place all day removing my old system and installing the new, I was happy they were also considerate, quiet, and good at answering questions. After a day with the Daikin, I can say the system is working well and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the installation.

Sergio came out yesterday to service our AC system. He was simply fantastic and the best and most qualified technician I have ever worked with over the many years living in Florida. He is most knowledgeable, experienced and possesses outstanding communication skills. He is also extremely polite, courteous, helpful and possesses an fantastic personality. He spent a lot of time with us reviewing the entire AC and Heating system (again), answering all of our questions, and offering various recommendations. He called before visiting and even answered my calls (immediately) after finishing the job. Sergio is a real asset to the company and we have a great deal of confidence in him. Thus we shall continue to recommend Arnold's to our friends, business associates and relatives because of him.

Very pleased with Daikin Mini split for my park model with bonus room, so glad Jordon advised me to go this route, and not a Package unit, ...keeps the place nice , cool, dry , with clean air and no octopus of gross tubes under house! also quiet and smaller. The Tech crew did a great job and got the condensation lines where i needed them, which was really important. Thank you Arnold's Air!!

Professional service. Arrived on time. Very courteous. Explained everything clearly, provided suggestions on how to keep everything running in the best possible way. I will definitely use their services again. I highly recommend Arnold's Air Conditioning.

My technician Christopher has not even arrived yet and already have had a 5 star experience. I spoke to Rose about a last minute technician visit today at a new customer. She was sweet and was able to fit us in this afternoon with a technician. When it came time for our technician to head over we received a text message with our confirmed address, technician name as well as picture of our technician for verification. Already very happy with the service so far. We used Sharkey Air once in the past; The technician came late and was rude. I will be recommending Arnolds Air Conditioning to everyone I know.
