The technician was great! He knew exactly what was wrong & jumped right in, had it repaired in less than 10 minutes. he didn’t try to upsell or over complicate the problem. I’m sure this is a common repair, “Bad capacitor”. I was happy that he had the inventory on the truck. I give the technician 5 stars! Overall I was happy to get the A/C on because it was 85° & climbing in the house and I was starting to get worried for my boys! (pic attached)

My only challenge was paying over 500% markup on parts - its a bit excessive! Most ppl think the service fee is outrageous - I understand the $100 service fee especially since it was same day service because it covers the vehicle, fuel, tools, insurance, the tech & his experience. Unfortunately it’s the industry ~ being in Florida there’s no shortage of clients. They know somebody would gladly pay double to get their AC turned on and that’s what they charge( more than double) Normally a 2x markup would be more than sufficient to cover the item and cost of holding inventory. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should!

Day1) Excellent response time and service. Jason was very knowledgeable about our systems problems and solutions. Very polite and a hard worker! Helped us make the best choice for our situation . Very Much appreciated.
Day 2) David came with two other guys to put our new system in. All were very polite, worked hard and did an amazing job! This company is Awesome! Grateful my son in law referred SeaCoast Air to us. Will continue using SeaCoast Air for sure. Thank you guys so much! All of you!

Lee was awesome. He explained everything that I had questions for and the service was top notch. No hidden fees. If you live in Port Saint Lucie, you should be on Seacoast twice a year service plan. Y’all snowbirds don’t know what hot is until your ac goes out lol.

I have worked with Seacoast a few times since purchasing my home almost a year ago. The team is incredibly responsive, respectful and professional. They offer fair prices and good lead times on the work performed. The only thing keeping them from a full 5-star review is I wish they’d have had a few more of the tough conversations with us right away. We have multiple units in our home and the house is not well balanced (NOT their fault - the sellers hid things just enough to pass inspections). We now have two new units, but without the nudge to look at the piping and actual capacity needs, we are in a place of waiting out the units, getting the vents and flow fixed after the fact or keep the imbalance. We did try one of their recent suggestions, and unfortunately the expected results just haven’t been realized. Overall, I still strongly recommend Seacoast and they will remain on my list of vendors when in need.

Nathan did a great job on getting my AC working again. He was very professional and personable and arrived within just hours of my call for service. Would highly recommend Nathan and Seacoast Airconditioning to everyone for their AC service needs.

4 pm and David arrived at 4:30 fixed my AC checked that everything was in working order and I’m good for another 6months
I had used up my contract with a different company that I wasn’t happy with they always tried to “sell” me something that I obviously didn’t need I now signed up for maintenance with Sea Coast I’m a happy customer!

Jason and the whole Sea Coast team are awesome. Today they installed a dehumidifier at my home. They were on time, clean, and very professional. Cannot say enough good things about Sea Coast Air conditioning.

I called Sea Coast from Connecticut to come and look at my brothers air conditioner. He lives in Vero Beach Florida, but is very ill. His nurse told me the air was leaking and not working properly. What a pleasant surprise how quickly Jason came to deal with the problem, calling me twice describing all that he had to do to make it work again. He took pictures of everything and passed them on to me. I was very nervous trusting a company I had never dealt with before, and from so far away. I will now make them the company to call for all problems relating to the air conditioner. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and reliability Thank you Jason !

Nathan arrived on time at Santa’s Workshop. I was tied up on a long zoom call when he came. He noticed right away that I was not able to break away. He got my HVAC system working in short order and tested 3 other HVAC systems to make the trip worth while. Thanks Nathan. Santa Jon Miller

Seacoast was great from the very beginning. Their tech gave us a few this to try, then came
Out as promised. Austin was amazing, he diagnosed the problem ( clogged drain) right away for $212. He was very knowledgeable and saved us from purchasing a new unit from Del-Air for $12,000. 🤷‍♀️ thanks Seacoast!!!

Our A/C died and Jason came and diagnosed it. He explained every detail of the problem and the stats on the unit he recommended to replace it. While we gasped at the price, we knew from the evening news to expect it. What a through professional! The next morning, Nathan and Feliciano arrived with the new unit and they worked steadily for over 5 hours without a break. Both super-friendly guys. They hauled off the trash and took great care in cleaning up after themselves, even though we told them not to worry. We are cool, comfortable, (and poorer) but happy with this professional service.

I had an excellent experience with Zach from Seacoast! He was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about AC systems. He explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. Great customer service! I highly recommend Zach and Seacoast for anyone needing AC service!

Ric started us off, getting a same day quote for a replacement and then let the office know we were down without a system. They worked us into the schedule the next day. Ric was a great guy to deal with and gave us the in's and out's of straight AC vs. Heat pumps. He was knowledgeable and had great customer service. Happy to recommend Sea Coast! (Hoping Ric gets his hole in one or long shot this weekend!)

Roger, Matt & Zach J. have been a great group of guys to deal with in all of the heat induced misery. They got the old unit out and new unit in, up and running in record time. All were happy to answer my questions, cleaned up all of their debris and made sure everything was working as it should. Thank you Sea Coast Air! Had a slight hiccup and the new unit stopped cooling. I called and they got Jason out same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair and got us back in the cool zone. Great company to work with for your AC needs.

Austin was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very helpful. He took the time to show us exactly what was going on with our AC system and explained everything clearly. He cleaned out the drain, checked the coils, extended our drain pipe, and gave us helpful updates on yearly maintenance to help keep our unit running smoothly. On top of all that, he was super personable and easy to talk to. We really appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness! highly recommend seacoast air & Austin!

Barry was very courteous and helpful. He took his time explaining the problem with my a/c unit and showed me ways to prolong the remaining life of the unit. I would definitely recommend Barry and Breathe Healthier Air for your a/c service and repair.
