Service was fine, but $450 for a couple hours of work seemed a little high, unless they pay their technician $100 per hour. I received about 7 "invoices due" notices from their computer though I paid in full at the time of service.

Barry did a great job today servicing my A/C and installing a new smart thermostat. He made sure it was perfectly level on the wall. Very professional, thorough and neat.

The young man Antonio was a superb worker. He serviced the unit with much care, patience and a true professional effort in checking the condition of the A. C. The communication between the service department and the customer is first class, leaving nothing to chance. The workers who answer the phones are knowledgeable, polite and always treat you with kindness.

Just had a install of a new complete A/C system. I felt the price was fair, and confident that the unit recommended would best serve me and years to come. The installers, Henry and Armando, were amazing and obviously second to none. They were courteous, neat, professional, considerate, and did an immaculate and very conscientious job. I can't imagine a better installation. I didn't even have to vacuum up after they left. I highly recommend Breathe Healthier Air company based on this experience.

Mark G. did a great job during our regular maintenance by additionally identifying and resolving problems that were causing us to waste electricity. They have never let us down...even after hours requests. In one particular case, they went far above and beyond what was expected. They have our loyalty and a high recommendation.

I will first start by saying I am glad Marie is back because without her they skipped my quarterly service. She is so helpful and cares about the customers. The young man who came to serviced on Friday Mikael I think is his name was very kind and very professional!

Breathe Healthier Air is an outstanding AC/duct company ! My house hasn't felt this nice since purchasing the home! They are extremely easy to work with, no hidden fees, very knowledgeable with what they do. And I was certainly surprised with their timeliness and had new AC unit, Duct work, and a special breaker installed all in the same day and it only took them a few hours to finish everything. My only complaint is that while they were installing the Unit, and adding a breaker to accommodate the AC unit, my Xfinity T.V. stopped working and I believe the cables were either disconnected or torn out during hauling the unit to the appropriate place on my home. But other than that they did and excellent job! Maybe they will even consider coming back to check the breaker, or cable line, to see if that is the circumstance. Very pleasant and easy going! I would definitely recommend this company to family, friends and co-workers.

My own home warranty company ( that I have with through a different company) tried to get me to buy a whole new air conditioner , quoting me somewhere between $7,000 and $9,000. When breathe healthier air took care of my mold issues in my duct work for $200, that's exactly why I like to get a second opinion! I like to use a company that I can trust, that's not going to try to pull the wool over my eyes and take advantage of me! It's getting very hard to find honest companies out there, Honesty means everything to me, and people that are honest with me will earn my business again and again, I highly recommend them! The guys were very neat and clean, did their work quiet, efficient with their time and very thorough.
I would highly recommend Breathe Healthier Air to anyone looking for service on their air systems or a new system. We will use them again in the near future when we add an additional AC unit at our home.

The service man arrived sooner than his appointment. He was able to locate the problem, which turned out to be something minor. He was here for roughly an hour and had the system up and running in a short time. He took the time to make sure the system was working properly so that we wouldn’t need to call him back. He did an excellent job in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I would recommend or use this company again.

I received a phone call rather quickly. They were here shortly after. Wonderful, fast, professional. Lewis R. was great. I used my home warranty service so I paid a flat fee so can’t speak of the cost. I would recommend for the professionalism and promptness for sure!

Aneil was professional, personable and I felt very comfortable that he knew exactly what he was going. He was also quite patient explaining the maintenance procedure. With his expertise, I realized the poor and inferior service I had received in the past.

I Had Breathe Heathier Air to my condo on Hutchinson IslandSemi- in Stuart Fl. The call was for a maintenance visit which is required to enroll in their semi-annual maintanence plan.Paying $95.00 the A/C tech showed up and checked the whole system. The air-handler is in the attic requiring him to go up and inspect. I specifically asked him to check the drain pan which the exchanger sits on for any water. He said there was none. Later the same day I received an estimate for $1600.00. To replace the condenser coil in the outside unit. I called their office to question the need for a unit less than 5 years old. I was told the part was under warranty but the labor to do what I was told would be a 4 hour job was $1600.00.I Questioned their pricing and they told me it was a flat rate. I complained about their $400.00 an hour labor rate and I was insulted for questioning their pricing. I was told the owner would call. Andso far they haven’t returned any of my calls today norb have I heard from the owner. Today I hired Alan Cooling of Port St. Lucie to inspect the unit. Their report indicated that the condenser coil was fine and not leaking, just a bit of rust. When he crawled in the attic to inspect the exchanger, he fount 7 gallons of water in the holding pan. I’m 72 years old and feel that I have been ripped off by an unscrupulous small business. I warn all who might cross paths with them!! Craig Colerick

Very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of their staff. They did a thorough overview of my A/C system and I’ve hired them to adjust/upgrade my system to run more efficiently. I’m already saving hundreds on my electricity bill! I’m also signing up on their annual maintenance plan. Outstanding service. My air conditioner was split. unit installed in my third level attic (home office). The technicians were kind and quick. By early afternoon, the entire project had been completed. The finished project looks fantastic, and the unit works perfectly, therefore we recommend Breathe Healthier Air.

This company is not Breathe Healthier Air but has been sold by the old owner and the new owner kept the same name. Had them install a new AC unit for 8G last May and it was a very bad decision on my part to hire them to do the install. Guys that came over did not know what they were doing and it did not work properly when they left. As they were leaving I asked one of the guys to strap up the cable form the house breakout electrical box to the unit and was told to talk to the other guy because it was not his job. You just cannot leave a 4 foot cable with this high voltage just hanging in the air where it could easily be pull out of the box or AC unit, very unsafe. They did fix it and I asked about if they pulled a permit and I was told by them that they would and that they it would be inspected by zoom. This sounded crazy to me and so I have been checking with Martin County Permits to make sure they did, They did finally pull a permit and to this date they have not sent back the paperwork that the permit requires for a inspection. Since I do not trust the work they did and it is important to me that the install have it's electrical work inspected. Also when they removed the old unit there was a large amount of clear water that came from the unit and was told it was not anything to worry about. It was actually a big deal because several hours later I called back and Toney came out and saw the problem right away. The ductwork that feeds the cool air to the air inside the house was loaded with water. They did send some guys out 3 days later to fix this problem and they replaced the the ductwork that had filled with water. Even I understand how the water got in the ductwork because I did see the unit uncovered. They never told me. how it got in, I figured it out for myself. Again I am not trusting how the repair was done so a week ago I hired someone to go under the house and inspect their work. The night of the install I got a Text from Steve Lawton the new owner of Breathe Healthier Air to tell me that he was going to discount the job by $800 and they never sent me a check for the money. He also told me that he was going to add for me a multi visit maintenance package to my account but I have not gotten a confirmation to that effect. Use this company at your own risk, do not expect to have professional employees to deal with.

Team was able to respond to ac system failure and diagnose issue within two hours. And problem resolved dame day!
