This was my first time using Arnold’s Air Conditioning and I’m so glad that I did. The work was done correctly, everything was explained thoroughly and the price was very reasonable. Christopher was very efficient and we will be seeing him again in January with our new maintenance plan!

Jorge was great! Arrived on time and told me what to expect from his service call that day! Great service and super nice staff!

Chris, our service tech was great. He explained everything he did, put us on a 6 month maintenance schedule, showed us how to use vinegar once a month to keep algae from forming in the drain pipe and more. Very pleased with the service.

Jorge serviced my 2 AC units. He was very professional and polite. He pointed out a couple of issues to watch, but did not push any additional services aggressively like some others. I am pleased I choose Arnold’s and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Finally found a reputable air conditioning company. The tech was early and spent lots of time servicing our air conditioner and explaining everything to us. I highly recommend them

Arnold’s AC is top notch!! Since the day I got my new AC unit they have been amazing!! The owner of the company personally came to my house to discuss my unit options that would be best for my townhouse. Their service is quick and impeccable. They were very clean when they installed my unit years ago and every time they come to service the unit. All the staff is extremely friendly. Their prices are very reasonable, they go over and beyond to make your experience pleasurable, and their expertise is above all others. We’ve had the tech Sergio service our unit a few times and he is very friendly, knowledgeable, takes the time to explain things, and cleans up after himself. I’m beyond impressed with this company and Sergio and I would give them 5 stars and I recommend them to everyone!

As I was unable to respond within my post, I will do so here. I complained that the installation of a thermostat was going to cost me $400. Your reply stated it was not $400 to install a thermostat and mentions a $149 house call and $245 for the thermostat. You are right, not $400. It is $394. Either way, I declined on principle and ran to Home Depot and purchased an equivalent thermostat for < $40 and installed it in 10 minutes. Had I done a quick check of the thermostat myself I would not have needed to pay the $149. My bad. Minimally, the $149 house call should be applied to the cost of the service IMHO. And $40 vs $245 for an equivalent thermostat? Anybody reading this would question that markup.

Great communication before, during and after completion. Jorge was very professional and and a pleasure to work with. I called Arnold's on Monday and they arrived on Tuesday a head of schedule. Thank you for a great job!

Chris is the best! Forthright, honest, professional and friendly. So used to being BS’d about issues that need parts or repairs, but Chris was great. Highly recommend this company for an honest cleaning and assessment!

I’m 86 yrs old and mind the cold all the time. Yesterday the temperature when I got up was 68 degrees and like it to be 77 degrees. I called Arnold heat and air. A very nice young man by the name Chris came very quickly. He solved my problem in no time, He was very nice and.professional!!

Our service man Sergio showed up on time and did a thoughtful review of our Mini-split unit. He spoke with us afterwards and completely explained what was going on with our unit. We felt well informed to make a decision.

Very good service. Jorge was the technician who arrived to deal with our problem— the thermostat was not functioning and we had no A/C. He dealt with the issue, explained what needed to be done and was able to remedy the problem . I also appreciated the heads up photo that was sent introducing him to us prior to his arrival. That was a very thoughtful and considerate thing to do.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! We had a different company the last 3 years that told us things that were false and said they did work they didn’t. Arnold’s came in and fixed EVERYTHING when we were super discouraged. They explained every single thing wrong with photos and how and where they could save us money. They truly care about the client. I would give them 10 stars if possible. If you are looking for incredible services at a fair price contact immediately.

My a/c went out late yesterday. So glad I called Arnold's. Technician, Jorge, was best I've ever dealt with (I'm 79); smart and efficient, fixed my a/c and explained process as he went.

After researching Arnold's through a friend of mine who used them and reading their reviews I was sold. I reached out to Jordan the owner who came by and explained everything in thorough detail. The whole process from start to finish was flawless and the price was very reasonable. I would like to thank Jordan and his team Gonzalo, Brandon and Jose from Arnold's air conditioning! Yearly maintenance contract and price included UV light install which was much cheaper than competition. The technician, Chris, was great and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend this company.
