I got a completely new system installed with HI-Vac. They gave the best presentation/ consultation of the 3 companies I gave an opportunity to quote me. Day of install they were on time, courteous, neat and efficient. Not much interaction as they came to do a job but they answered every question and offered to assist on things that I determined I could do myself. They did a good job.

This company is great! From regular servicing I have with them every 6 months, to my recent request of having my AC coils cleaned. Our technician Raiko, was punctual and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. My ac coils DEFINITELY needed cleaning and as a first time homeowner, these are things you don't know about but must be done.
He gave me such great insight on my AC unit, what he recommends for us to keep up with the care of it and did an AMAZING job. Highly recommend this company and highly recommend Raiko as your technician. 5 stars!!

Austin‘s team did an amazing job installing the furnace and new air-conditioning. The price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. They were very nice to have in the house. They enjoy their work and they do an excellent job. I’m looking forward to them cleaning might air ducts as well. From start to finish, the whole experience was exceptional. Everyone that entered our home expressed professionalism and care. We are in a condo and the team made it very easy to get what we needed from our HOA for a full HVAC system replacement. The installation team arrived on time in the morning, worked diligently throughout the day and completely cleaned up when they left early afternoon. We have a small dog and the team made sure to be careful with him when he had to quickly get around them. We were pleased that the other positive reviews we read before booking HI-vac proved to be 100% true and we are more than satisfied with the job they did.

In 2025 our unit stopped working and gave us an error message where I began to look for a reliable and availble air conditioning tech who could help and HI-VAC Air was my salvation! We ended up paying for the year service plan where theu come out and do the mainatnce on the machine and yesterday Tech Peter came and did a wonderful job. Sebastian from Hi-Vac was very pleasant and thorough during our A/C maintenance visit today, and unexpected air handler motor replacement. He took the time to consult with his company experts, show and explain to me the situation, and give me options. He returned very quickly same day to complete the job. My air conditioner died on a Sunday night. It was definitely time to replace my 15-year-old equipment.The following day, Joe came to my house and gave me a fair quote for a Trane replacement system. I got the 10 year equipment and labor warranty.The following morning at 8 AM the crew was at my house removing the old equipment. By 9 AM they were already installing the new equipment. By 1 PM the system was up and running. This Is an excellent HVAC company. Thank you.

Update: My heat was not going on during the cold South Florida winter 😬. Hi-Vac came out the same day to help me correct the problem….turns out my thermostat malfunctioned. Nothing to do with the product or install. They care. They are the best!!!!

Thanks to Hi Vac, the day was saved! Despite a scheduled maintenance scheduled for the 17th, our AC upstairs was leaky, so I called the office and they said they would send a technician out today. In the 20 minutes prior to his arrival, Peter called me to let me know he would be there. In no time, he had cold air flowing again after explaining the problem, repairing the upstairs unit, and servicing the downstairs unit as well. Peter was friendly, efficient, explained what he was doing and suggested that we clean our coils in the future. I'm not easily impressed, but Peter did an exceptional job and I highly recommend their fast, professional service." Ask for Peter, he's amazing!

AC services like no other! I’ve had Brandon come to perform routine maintenance for the last few times. Not sure if they try to keep techs consistent but consistency is great especially when you have an amazing tech like Brandon! He is very helpful, respectful and thorough. I’m sure they have many calls but I’ve never felt like he is rushing to finish his day. My systems have been working great as well. Great job, Hi-Vac!

I had Peter come out from HI-Vac to verify an install from another vendor and i must say it was a great experience. He was early, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, fixed my unit, validated my concerns, offered solutions and gave me what I was seeking, which was the root cause for my new HVAC systems issue. Samantha ? (the receptionist) was also amazing when booking the appointment. She was friendly and provided wonderful customer service. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to get this level of customer service from a company in today's market in South Florida.. Our service involved replacing an old AC system with a brand-new one, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Joe DiCresce handled the initial inspection and budget presentation, and he was excellent. The quote was simple, easy to read, and clearly explained—no hidden costs, no surprises, and no pressure.

Once the proposal was accepted, everything moved incredibly fast. Courtney was super expeditious with all the assigned tasks and made sure the process stayed on track. The installation took place just one day after approval.

Stephon and Holden handled the installation and were outstanding—super professional, knowledgeable, and able to solve unexpected issues efficiently and without hesitation.

Highly recommend the excellent team at Hi-Vac. Starting with Joe DiCresce , an extremely knowledgeable and personable professional in his presentation and attention to detail. He even purchased a flue vent out of his own pocket and brought it for the guys to install. Joe is superb. The installers Stephon & Holden, solid A+, just excellent, timely and professional. And then just today Alex, another outstanding professional in maintenance. The product: Trane. My last one lasted 28 years…

Used HI-VAC to install new residential system on the recommendation of a friend. Process from the initial home visit to the quote to the install was quick, efficient, and professional. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and professional during the home visit and made sure I was armed with the best information. Courtney was very helpful, friendly and responsive on the calls.
