What i liked the most was that he answered all my questions without being condescending. The biggest thing other than the repair was his help researching my warranty. Gerald from Air Condition Army did a great job cleaning our AC unit! I called their office and they were ready to come out within two hours, which was impressive. I decided to schedule for the next day instead, and everything went smoothly. The unit was cooling fine but had some water dripping — Gerald quickly figured it out and took care of it. He was friendly, professional, and the pricing felt reasonable. Great experience overall — highly recommend!
Update - We decided to purchase a new AC unit. They did a great job installing our new AC unit. All their technicians are so knowledgeable and professional. Always shows up on time and advises via texts when they will be arriving. They also offer a two year warranty parts and labor for new units. Most companies only give a one year warranty. Highly recommend!

The service came highly recommended by a close friend so I made the call. The girl in the office couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. The AC tech called me right away (Tim). He came to look at my AC that afternoon. Tim was courteous friendly, and professional. He ran tests on my unit and diagnosed the problem. My unit was old and he offered suggestions to save me on the cost of repairs. I received an estimate via text within 20 minutes and the estimate included a payment plan, which was much appreciated.
Tim kept me informed on the status of parts, and he returned a couple days later with two other technicians to complete the repair.
The repair was completed at a cost below the estimate, which further justifies my recommendation for the company. Integrity is everything and this company is the real deal.

We needed an ac repair and for our first time calling, Matthew set up our appointment with Tech Richard. He was here in record time, professional, and knowledgeable. Excellent work! Later, we needed to replace our unit due to old age and Luis was our installer. He was wonderful and a hard worker. Gerald and Luis have both been fantastic!
Gerald has been handling my regular AC maintenance every six months and completed a larger project at the beginning of the year that included replacing the drain line with Armor-flex, replacing the capacitor, and performing a full evaporator coil cleaning. He removed and acid-cleaned the coil and drain pan, then reinstalled everything perfectly. The system has been running great ever since! Gerald is always professional, friendly, and honest — he consistently gives me the best pricing and takes the time to do the job right.
Luis recently did an outstanding job on our AC system cleaning. He performed a full Rotobrush air duct cleaning for all 10 vents using the Rotobrush Beast setup. He was professional, thorough, and left everything spotless after the job. Earlier this year, Gerald redid the drain line, and Luis was able to quickly identify and fix a minor issue that was causing the AC to turn on and off randomly due to an air bubble. He resolved it efficiently, and everything is working perfectly now.

I selected Air Condition Army based on other reviews. It’s always a leap of faith when using a new company but without question, this was one of the best experiences I have had with a service company in quite some time. I called to have an AC check up and was expecting to schedule service within a couple of weeks. My service was scheduled same day. Patrick arrived within the designated time window, checked everything and provided an honest assessment of what was needed. Nothing was inflated or unnecessary. He completed the work in under an hour. Air Condition Army provides reasonable pricing, an honest assessment and most importantly, excellent service. Thank you for doing what other companies can’t!!

Gerald installed UV lights in both my units and installed a new separate drain line for my downstairs unit.

He is very meticulous in his work. In addition, he was extremely polite…. He answered all my questions thoughtfully.

Thankfully it is nice and cool outside. That being said, Steven did a wonderful job. He was so good that I didn't even feel compelled to stand over him and put my two cents worth in, which I am sure he appreciated. Didn't take him long at all to replace the motor in the air handler. They even checked and found that it was still under warranty.
I would not hesitate to recommend or call again if I had a problem. The only one that had a problem with Steven was Daisy, but she has a problem with everybody. I used to put her in the bedroom but the last time I did that she somehow called child protective services. They came knocking on the door demanding to See Daisy. They practically knocked down the bedroom door. There sat sweet, 45 pound, Daisy the standard poodle.

Just over 24 hours ago I called this company ( spoke to Richard)because my ac quit. He came right out !: here we are 27 hours later and I have a beautiful brand new ac unit installed by 2 amazing techs Kam Kamero and Luis Otero. They were nice as could be, worked hard non stop for 5 hours. Explaining all the features and this company threw in 6 free new filters and a 2 year warranty on the black light . Unit has a 10 yr warranty , 2 year labor too, and there are available 24/7 for any reason. I haven’t been this impressed in a long time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Gerald arrive earlier that the window they gave. First of all that was a big impression of the service. Secondly he removed his shoes. He worked on the unit and was so professional in everything he did. The company came highly recommended and exceeded all my expectations. Monday I noticed water piling up in my air handler late at night, so I immediately went on Nextdoor to look for an A/C company and got the best referral from a neighbor! Tim Herrera responded within minutes of posting and was out early Tuesday morning to tackle the issue. He was completely informative and knowledgeable and didn’t even charge a service call or try to upsell something i didn’t need ! I was very impressed with the service he did, showed me every step of the way of what he was doing and the reason I was having this issue. Steven came to my house today and cleared a very bad clog in the A/C drainage line. He did an excellent and thorough job. I decided to sign up for twice-yearly maintenance service and feel confident that Air Condition Army will keep the A/C system running smoothly.
