im really confused how this company has so many great reviews. First, the people who answer the phone don't know what's going on, they say they will call back but never do. Second, to get an estimate you have to wait for the technician to contact the manager, the manager needs to contact the super manager, the super manager has to contact the super super super manager, and it just goes on like that... There are other companies out there with better prices and better customer service like Air conditioning Army- I recommend them !

Our A/C started leaking late Friday evening. I called Ask For Cool Saturday morning and they were able to quickly have someone come out that afternoon. I was happy we didn’t have to wait until Monday. JR came to help us out and he was nice, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and was able to explain his troubleshooting measures to me in terms I could understand. He was able to fix our issue and didn’t immediately resort to an expensive solution, which shows that he and the folks at Ask for Cool work with integrity. Side note: I also truly appreciated that he proactively wore boot covers inside of our house without me even asking him to, which I truly appreciated with two little ones in the house. Ask for Cool Air Conditioning went above and beyond all my expectations. I was having severe issues with my AC every month leaking into my return, thus causing a horrible mold and rot problem. Many other AC techs were telling me that my only options were extremely costly, not to mention, work intensive. Nigel immediately gave me a plan of action and knew how to fix this issue, with the least invasive way possible. I inherited a terrible AC installation when I bought my house 2 years ago, and have had nothing but problems. Nigel pretty much installed a brand new unit, or at least it seemed that way. Once he was done, my AC unit, return, and duct work looked like a brand new install. Extremely professional and amazing work ethic. I will never use another AC company ever again. 6/5 stars.

We have now used ask for Cool Air Conditioning on three separate jobs and they have done outstanding work on all three. And the difference between their work and the previous installers work is night and day. Highly recommended.

Having purchased an older home with two separate A/C’s, it was only a matter of time. Nigel and his son JR have now installed two new Trane units and I could not be happier with their pricing and the quality of their work. My old drain lines were backing up and Ask for Cool was immediately on hand to clear them. They have now re-routed a fresh line on one and acid washed the other. Living in SoFla, if you don’t have reliable, excellent A/C techs in your pocket who are immediately responsive when things get HOT, all you need to do is ASK FOR COOL!

Long story short,my wife and I were so happy with the service provided by Ask For Cool AC. From Juliana at the office. JR are first Tech. To his Supervisor Nigel who helped us with the process to Mr. Harrison and his associate who replaced our AC fan. They got here about 11am and by 2pm we had AC. My wife and I can't thank you enough.

What a great experience with Ask for Cool!! They came out to check my A/C. Basically it was shot. Nigel was able to get a new unit by the end of the day (Friday). I found this company had the most friendly and knowledgeable technicians. My coils were extremely dirty on my 8 year old AC unit. They cleaned all the pipes, flushed the drain pipe and filled the unit with coolant. The unit is running like it did when I bought it. Attached are before and after pictures. Their prices were very reasonable also. Best of all, the work came with a One Year warranty for parts and labor.
