I was informed when they were on their way, including their names. Nigel is a great businessman who clearly strives to please his customers. He is fair and so is his pricing. We reached out to Ask for Cool after finding them on Google with 5 star reviews. The companies that we were using before were not giving us answers to our AC issues and we were tired. JC was our technician that came out to take a look at our leaking air handler. It was such a huge relief to have someone who thoroughly explains how an air handler works, and the issues that he was seeing with it. He showed us pictures and suggested that we get a new AC system to completely fix the headache that we were having. The price was fair, and there was a $65 service call. They were able to come out very quickly and install our new unit. I also talked to Nigel on the phone who was very helpful in explaining the invoice. It took an entire day to install the new AC, but that was ok with me because they made sure that the unit was working and added extra features to the attic to ensure there will be no more leaking. They worked until 10pm and dark outside….what a dedicated team! It was such a great experience from start to finish and such a relief to have that issue resolved. It’s been working great with no leaks since. Thanks!

The Tec arrived on time, introduced himself, went right to work. He was well dressed for a service person and clean. He looked at the equipment and told us what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was very upfront about the problems we are going to face with aging equipment buy didn't tell us we had to do anything "right now". The technician who came out was very professional. He didn't just say this was wrong and I fixed it. He explained what went wrong and why. And how to take care of the furnace and what to look for. I will use this company in the future for furnaces and air conditioners. The price was extremely reasonable. I'm so happy I called Sunrise Heating And Air Conditioning.

Dan comprehensively answered all of my questions and did a superb job cleaning my air conditioner unit. He also added a booster capacitor which keeps my lights from dimming when the air conditioning unit comes on! He is another great reason why I trust Sunrise Heating And Air Conditioning!
