I've had service contracts with two previous A/C companies and was dissatisfied with both. I read about Air Condition Army online and thought I'd give them a try. I was hooked on my first phone call with them. A husband and wife, Matthew and Brooke own the business and I could tell immediately that they take pride in their business. I had my first home appointment with them this morning and the technician Steven was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and just a real good guy. I couldn't be more comfortable and confident that I made the right decision to go with Air Condition Army!

I originally called another company that never showed up and made me waste an entire day waiting. Out of frustration, I decided to give Air Conditioning Army a call — and I’m so glad I did! They confirmed my appointment right away via text and sent a technician out promptly.

Steven was extremely knowledgeable, especially with my Rheem AC system, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He came back with the needed part and had my system up and running in no time.

I can’t say enough good things about Air Condition Army! My AC froze over late at night, and I was honestly worried I’d have to wait until the next day for help. But Tim came out at 2 a.m. without hesitation. He was quick, professional, and most importantly—honest. He took the time to explain what went wrong, fixed the issue right away, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left.

Absolutely amazing service. Came home and my ac was leaking oil. They had dispatched gerald in 30 minutes and he diagnosed for free AFTER HOURS. We had to replace either the compressor or the 15 yr unit. John, Jim and the owner spent the time to get it right with my house's bad wiring. Great craftsmanship, polite. This is something you dont see nowadays.

I had AC Army come and look at our Air-conditioning system on Saturday, turned out that we had a leak and had no Freon left. After discussing the Options we decided on buying a whole new system. AC army was out First thing Monday morning with the new air conditioner. From the installers to the people on the phone, everyone was very friendly and the job went very well. We are very happy with our new Rheem system. I would highly recommend Air air-conditioning army For all your AC needs.

Richard came out after hours on emergency call, they don’t charge for coming after hours, which is crazy to me. Usually it’s at least $250 just for them to show up. Richard got me all fixed up within 10min of being here, Now I’m cold and happy! Highly recommend no questions asked.

At midnight Sunday I was delighted to discover a puddle of water on the floor under my AC unit. Called right away and got an appointment for the following day. Tim came by and despite the absolutely confusing nature of my in ceiling pancake unit he was able to diagnose the issue. Less than 24 hours to get the parts needed and I have nice cool leak free air. Thank you Tim for your excellent service.

Definitely one of the better A/C companies around. I got a few quotes from other companies. Amry was the only honest ones and didn't try to take advantage of us. They are very professional. We had a full new installation done. Only company that was also willing to work with me in terms of I needed to redo my closet the air handler is in. They came out on a Sunday and pulled my air handler out. Before that, they came out on Saturday to top off my freon for FREE so my family could sleep in the evening with A/C. Sunday came, and tech came out and pulled the air handler. Gave me a whole day to get the room back to new. Monday, installers showed up and installed the new units. Very clean work. Definitely will be using the Army from now on.

Great service. They say what they’re going to do and they do what they say. A lot of expertise and knowledge. They are on time And very courteous. Richard Conte was a very good technician. They have a great service plan too!

Had an ongoing problem with my commercial package unit and the company I was previously using was stumped. They recommended we call someone with more experience with commercial units. Hands down the BEST A/C company in south Florida. Came the same day, after hours, had part on the truck. Ive used them 3 times and they have been fantastic every time. Totally reasonable pricing!!

Great customer service! They were able to come out quickly and Gerald was thorough and kind. He ordered the parts and was able to come back and install them within a very short period of time. There was another issue shortly thereafter and he came out right away to fix that as well.

All the reviews are TRUE! They are GREAT and Trustworthy! I had to call on behalf of my elderly Mom who is hard of hearing and Gerald was kind, and patient dealing with my Mom while keeping me informed over the phone since I live out of state. He also told me if I needed pictures they can email them to me. He fixed the problem fast a capacitator and checked to make sure there were no other problems, everything was working fine and he did NOT try to take advantage and upsell anything. My Mom called Gerald an expert and we are both GREATFUL to have found such a WONDERFUL BUSINESS! They are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week! DO NOT HESITATE GIVE THEM A CALL YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! I used AC army based on Nextdoor recommendations. Their technicians have been great. Very friendly and seem to be knowledgeable, Steven in particular. I’d rate 4-5 stars.
However, I had a part that needed to be replaced that was still under warranty. And the gentleman who has answered the phone every time I call, had trouble getting the warranty information. I ended up calling the manufacturer myself and relayed the information to him and gave him the number to reach out so they could get the information he needed.
Instead, I received a quote from him for the estimated part to be replaced as if it weren’t under warranty. This said to me, that it was too much trouble to get the warranty information. Why would I pay full price when the part was under warranty?
I ended up using another company who replaced that part with zero warranty issues.
For that reason, the lack of follow up, lack of communication and lack of effort and an overall feeling that I was a bother, I’ll no longer use them.
