Hired this company for a job , they did not follow through with the terms that we agreed. They disappeared and went ghost on us for no reason. Really shady stuff. Cant even get a response from them to finish in good terms. Looking foward to hearing back from mr antwain the owner of the company so we can resolve this issue.

I highly recommend HVAC experts for all your Air Conditioning needs. The technicians are very knowledgeable fast but mostly kind compassionate patient and helpful. The office is so kind and goes out of the way in order to accommodate appointments to help customers even though at the price of their comfort.

Antwan and James fantastic duo in what they do. Antwan is a very reliable and extremely knowledgeable in hvac and ac along with many other trait! He meticulously along with James set a new duct system in my home with precise explanation of the process and identified all the issues I was having. James thorough cleaning of the vents was superb! His attention to keep your home clean during the process is appreciated! This company cares that you get the best service at a good price and Antwan workmanship is amazing and high integrity for his work. I recommend you hire them and you won't regret it! Our air broke and it was miserable. After looking at different air conditioning companies I decided to go with Ask For Cool AC because the reviews were great. When the technician Lenny came to our house he did not disappoint. He checked our ac unit and told us what was wrong with it. He was able to fix it the same day and worked quick and efficiently! Thank you Lenny! I wasn’t going to make it in this South Florida summer heat without you!

I called Ask for Air to get a cost estimate to replace my home air condition unit. Shannon answered the phone and scheduled a visit to my house. I was pleasantly surprised at her willingness to work with my schedule. Then, Nigel came to my house to give me an estimate. Nigel was very professional and explained with detail the work that needed to be done. At my selection of date to do the job, Fitzroy and his crew arrived as scheduled early in the morning and a few minutes later Nigel joined them. They worked from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm until the job was completed. Fitzroy and his crew were polite and professional, they cleaned every area of my house they worked on including the yard where the old unit was placed. I am extremely happy of the service provided by this company and its employees and will recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone I know needing air condition repairs or replacement.

I had a divine intervention today where all the stars lined up with Nigel, the owner. Last night my air conditioning system broke today when I was coming home from work I saw a neighbor walking and I asked him if he knew anybody that knows how to fix air-conditioning and he said no ….while I was talking to him, my peripheral vision looked through my neighbor and noticed the bold ask for cool marketing campaign on his really cool looking nissan van. I couldn’t believe it!!! as I drove up to him, I told him my story and he immediately followed me to my house within less than half an hour, He got my air-conditioning working, I was ecstatic to say on a 90° plus type of day ….As a technical guy myself, I was truly impressed with his level of confidence regarding the troubleshooting of my air-conditioning… I asked him what the damage was, he gave a very reasonable number and because of my appreciation I gave him more. He is a blessed man because his son is following in his footsteps, and I truly truly admire that. It’s obvious to tell that he runs his business with integrity and professionalism like no other.
