Called Edd Helms on a Monday for my daughter as she is school teacher and cant be on her phone during work. (yes she can be fired). Talked to Scott Levy (service manager) trying to get same day service. She lives in condo so they had to send them up to date insurance befor allowing them in building. He did it with no problem called me to get ahold of management company to make sure they had it. Because they wont allow roof access till they have it. Yes they did tech (Carl) found problem in 5 Minutes. Made repairs and was on his way. ant tell you professional Scott and Carl is. The whole Edd Helms team is the best

Adrian from Edd Helms came by today for AC maintenance and did a great job. He cleaned the condensation line, replaced the filter, and checked all the electronic components to make sure everything's running smoothly heading into summer. Extremely happy with the service provided. Brandon, the electrician, is efficient and clean. He not only resolved the issues I knew about, but he identified others and corrected them in a timely manner. My wife was at home with our children during the service call. Another solid experience with Ed Helms A/C repair service. The technician Tim showed up right on time, came in and assessed the issue, went back out to his truck, got his tools and took care of business.

He was very communicative and was able to show me the issue in an easy to understand way. He and his co-worker were respectful of the interior of our home and were simply good people.

Mario came to help with my AC, which was not cool but not cold. The temp was a steady 80 degrees during the day and wouldn't drop below until the sun went down. Mario was incredible. One of the best technicians. He explained what was happening, solved the problem without upselling me on any needles extras, and left with the AC blowing very cold. This was a terrific experience. Edd Helms is not the cheapest but they are experts, and you get what you pay for.

The technician Phil arrived right on time, and did a fantastic job hanging my 4 light fixtures. He worked very clean and efficient, yet he made sure that everything was done to perfection. From setting up the appointment, to the text message reminders, to Phil taking such great care in his work, it all was a great experience!
