Robert was able to fit us in quickly and responded to our call on a Saturday morning. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and corrected the broken part quickly. He explained all details regarding the repair, offered suggestions to improve efficiency, clearing shrubs from condenser, etc… He has a professional attitude and seems VERY honest, which is almost impossible to find nowadays. I recommend Rescue AC highly. It was a pleasure to make his acquaintance and have a good contractor on board for the future.

Robert with rescue air is amazing. Answers his phone all hours of the day. I have an older system and required his services on multiple occasions. Every visit he’s able to diagnose the issue immediately and perform a solution service. He performs weekend visits. He doesn’t get upset if you shoulder surf. He takes the time to explain the task he’s about to perform to ensure understanding and satisfaction. Reasonable price. Trust worthy. I would definitely recommend!

For over 10 yrs, Chris and his team of professional servicemen installed and maintained my highly tuned Lennox AC. They have taught me many homeowner tips of maintenance care for both the outdoor and indoor garage handler that have saved me problems. I’ve been using Protocool for 13 years. The customer service is the very best of any at-home service provider I’ve ever used. To add, they take their business to a personal level as the entire team is very friendly and great to work with. They go above & beyond when necessary.

It was fantastic working with Protocool Cooling Solutions. Chris explained the process from the start of getting the city permit to removal/installation of the hvac and final inspection. Today I was very happy that during the review at my final inspection of my hvac install, the Miramar city inspector spoke highly of Protocool before he signed passed inspection. He says the install technicians did the job exactly to Florida code and job was very neat inside and outside. I recommend Protocool to everyone. House is cool and comfortable 😎.

Protocool Cooling Solutions - The worst company to deal with!

They are not capable of fixing the home A/C problem on the first visit and want to charge you again to go back and finish the job that was not well done. It was a very unprofessional service provided.

I was charged $320.00 for a 20 minute visit. Bad customer service to solve the customer's issue. Very hard to allow them to listen to your complaints like you have no rights. They speak over your voice making it difficult to communicate.

Problem: Outside A/C fan not starting/working.
A Technician came and replaced one part (Dual Motor Run Round Capacitor).
The A/C fan is now capable of working for only 5 minutes-- not enough time to cool inside home temperature. Problem not solved for what they were called for.

Great employees from the first person who did the first evaluation to the installers and of course Chris quoted a price and when he came back to check the installation.

They have excellent customer service from both the office and the service guy. They are very knowledgeable and their profession. We have had no problems with the installation of a new AC unit. We would definitely use them in the future for any of our home and rental properties needs for air conditioning.

Our a/c unit broke this July. We thought we needed to replace the entire unit on the recommendation on a different professional. Protocool came out and noticed the unit did not need to be replaced but instead repaired. While they could have sold us a larger unit, they gave professional advice and options for us at a much lower cost. They were transparent, honest, and suggested what was best for us, the customer instead of upselling. We highly recommend Protocool for their expertise, talent, and professionalism.

We have been using Protocool for all of our A/C needs for 3 years now. Their quotes are reasonable for parts and service. Their techs always show up on time. We are pleased with the quality of work and the friendliness of the office staff.

The whole experience was first rate from beginning to end, if I need any Air Conditioning work done or like us a new installation we could definitely recommend Protocool for there professional way of doing business.

Prompt service at a rip-off price! Our AC in the office stopped cooling so we gave these guys a call. The technician arrived same day and was very polite and knowledgeable. He went up on the roof and discovered a blown fuse, total repair time--less than 30 minutes, total charge--$440.00. If you would like to be promptly ripped off give these guys a call...

My AC stop working and the technician said he needed to change the Electrolytic Condenser and charged me 355 dollars for the service. When I google Electrolytic Condenser, does not return anything with this name. So I am not sure what was changed but cost me 355 plus the visit at a total 450 dollars. Then today, a week later, my AC stop working again. AVOID this company

over night my A/C went out. I call Protocool, I explained i had no a/c and had a very limited schedule. the young lady was very understanding and told me that we will work it out. It was so nice to hear a happy person that wanted to help me. we agreed on a time they were very prompt. the technician was professional, they were able to repair my unit and made some great recommendations that will save me money along with extending the life of my unit. I am an very happy customer

Avoid this company!! After just buying a brand new AC unit from Protocool the unit broke within 2.5 years and they did not honor their proposal. Very unprofessional and shady company, I do not believe any of these 5 star reviews. You have been warned. AC unit still not working ! Their reply is a complete lie. Their warranty specifically stated it included service and parts. Neither were honored. If you buy an ac unit from them or get it serviced you will end up paying much more , use another company! I will attach photos of the full agreement if they continue to mislead the public.

We have had Protocool do our air-conditioning maintenance for several years and have been very happy with them. Also, Whenever we had non-maintenance issues arise, they were always right here and gave us the best deal possible. We would highly recommend them.
