Excellent service to check on one of my units which was making an unusual noise. Turned out to be just a transformer housing issue which I could have taken care of myself. Ultracool personnel arrived on time & advised on the issue professionally & efficiently. Highly recommend.

I recently had a new AC unit installed. I can't express enough how good of a company Ultracool is. They're knowledgeable and by the book. Neil especially, is a genuine and kind person. Ultra cool is a legitimate, honest, and the best you can use for both installations of new equipment or maintenance of current equipment. They are fairly priced and never gouge customers. People stay with them because they are the rare find in air conditioning service. Nobody dies it better.

From start to finish this was one of the best experiences that I’ve had with any other air company.Lori, who returned my call, was very pleasant. She made sure to schedule my appointment when I was off. Willie came right on time. He walked me through the maintenance process. After discussing my options with the all scenarios, I decided to replace the outside unit and the handler. Willie was professional and super honest. He had Lori, the office manager, set up an appointment for the next day ,to install my brand new unit. The technicians arrived right on time and did an amazing job! Now, my house feels so much better and I even get a $200 rebate from FPL! My electric bill is going to be so much lower ,with this more efficient system.

Had brand new unit installed 2024. Unit was installed improper so that the A/C filter is unable to be removed. Have been in Contact with Lisa multiple times since July of 2025 and still they have not rectified issue. Would not recommend.

I received this referral literally through my neighbor. Ac died on Thursday, called this company Friday, and very next day, Saturday morning done. 15 year old unit replaced within 4 hrs.
