We had an 18 year old unit that needed parts that are no longer available, so the unit needed to replaced. Came at about 8:30 AM and Robert and his crew were done by 2:00 PM. New system has been running great, we forgot what it was like to have an efficient unit as we been getting great flow and felt air in portions of the house we haven't in years. Everything with inflation price wise has gone up however, you can get financing which we did, and the terms work into our life and budget. We will definitely be using Robert and crew for all air conditioning needs going forward.

Rescue AC and Heating just put a split unit in one of our rooms and I couldn't have asked for better service!! From my initial call for information for cooling this room, to discussing various options, to actually installing the unit...everything was absolutely perfect. They are extremely responsive to texts, emails and phone calls.....I have never worked with a contractor that was so responsive...even over the weekend!! Then I went back and forth on what option we should try, and they were patient, and knowledgeable with every option. Finally, installation day....it was perfect. They are professional, cleaned up after themselves and the unit works perfectly!!!
