I received a call from my tenants that the ac was not working. I called Hauler Heating & Air Conditioning Inc and they were able to get someone out within few hours. Turns out that one of the tenants children had shut off a switch to the blower. I would like to thank Hauler Heating & Air Conditioning Inc for their quick response and only doing what needed to be done. In this heat we will pay anything to get the AC back on, which some companies take advantage of. Great job and thanks again.

We called them immediately and Tony came and diagnosed the issue and installed a new motor in the furnace there by getting our air up and running. Very happy with the service and highly recommend.

We could not have been more pleased with the attention, honesty and degree of service we received from Neal and his team at Ultracool. Neal was recommended by another Air Conditioning service company who was unable to provide a replacement for us within the timeframe needed. That person explained to Neal the work that needed to be done, however, Neal insisted on viewing our situation himself and arrived first thing the very next day.
After inspecting our equipment, he provided an assessment that was incredibly honest and made recommendations that were in our best financial interest. He sourced the equipment in a very short day and a half and showed up with his technician's early morning two days later.
His team was very professional, demonstrated tremendous consideration to avoid damage to our house and belongings and were very clean executing a very messy install.

Ultra Cool’s technician was scheduled the same day as our request for service, contacted us on his way to our house and arrived early in the appointment window. When the technician arrived, he was professional and methodically diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem efficiently. The technician was respectful of our home and our time. As the technician was working on the AC, fluid leaked out of the compressor onto pavers. The technician used liquid dishwashing soap and a brush to completely clean the fluid that leaked. I was impressed by this. I highly recommend Ultra Cool.
