My a/c went out & I contact West End A/C and they scheduled a technician to go out the same day & got me back up and running... Thank you for the great job West End A/C...

First time trying west end and they came out same day to look at my leaking ac. They even showed me some helpful tips to make my ac last longer. Deff using them again in the future. Thank you !

Extremely dissatisfied...I spent $7500 in February of 2023 for a new A/C unit..the fan broke and needed to be replaced.A technician from West End came on Tuesday morning, said they didn't have the part but would order it and would call me later that day..... I waited until 4:00 Wednesday, called the office and was told that the person who orders the parts was out that day from work and had no idea if the part was ordered...
I was able to find someone else Thursday morning who came over with the part and fixed it...and charged $100 less than West End quoted me.

Total rip off. $29.99 check up and they want to sell you a new AC system. I own multiple rental properties and service most of the HVAC systems myself I will not be played or taken for a fool. Avoid at all cost

I cannot thank this amazing company enough for coming through when so many other companies have scammed and disappointed myself in the passed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for any ac needs. No one else I would call for any ac needs. Overcharged me for switching out a $13 part, all I requested was an AC checkup ($25 online) and test of components so I could easily switch out wtv was bad myself. Turns out it was a cheap part I thought it was (capacitor). Paid close to $250 to get screwed by this place telling me they can't do an AC checkup now, and it's almost $250now without giving me the option to not have that piece replaced by tech.. this was on a day later service call mind you.. for this reason I will share with you all that majority of the time your unit goes out & fan won't run it's an AC capacitor cost under $15 you can change it yourself buy it your local AC supply store and some simple HVAC knowledge you can find for free online, don't let this place take you to the cleaners!

We called and scheduled an appointment to repair our central a/c, they sent out Lev Last, what a mistake that was, after replacing 3 separate parts, the a/c only ran for a day before going out again, had to call another company and they found a major freon leak in the system, we ended up having to replace the a/c in our home. We do not recommend this company!

A/C started blowing warm and called West End Air Conditioning as I’ve been a loyal customer of thier plumbing services over the years. Receptionist coordinated same-day service and techs arrived 40 mins later. We had a capacitor issue and it was fixed swiftly, professionally and with zero debris left behind. Price was very competitive and results were excellent. Having your A/C back up and running within 90 minutes of a failure is about as good as you can get. Well done West End Air Conditioning!!

Scott and the team at West End Air Conditioning did an amazing job with our new split system. Very thorough and did a really nice job with the install. Highly recommended.

My A/C was blowing warm and so my husband called West End and Gian came out the same day. We needed a follow up visit a few days later, but Gian did a great job at addressing my concerns. He talked me through the repairs done, the service warranties the company provides and helped me get the best price for my service. I really appreciated his customer service and professionalism. The A/C is blowing well now and I plan to continue to use West End in the future as long as they continue to provide the excellent customer service I have received so far from Gian.

We called them out last year, to clean the evaporator coil on my elderly mothers air conditioner. The technician used a coil cleaner and scrubbed the coil with a brush. But neglected to rinse the cleaner off the coil with water. He told us the water condensation from the coil would rinse the cleaner off. Within a half hour after he left. My mothers apartment was filled with a very strong chemical smell, making it very difficult to breathe.. We had to open up all the windows and leave her apartment for several hours. They charged my 84 year old Mother $475.00 dollars for this 45 minute substandard service call. And almost soffocated us in the process. If you are looking for a company who doesn't know or care about what they are doing. And completely rip you off in the process. This is the company for you. Thanks

Quick and professional service at a fair price. Our tech was super helpful and friendly. Especially grateful they came out on a Sunday to fix our A/C in the middle of the summer! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I don't recall the name of the technician who serviced my A/C last week but he was FABULOUS. Professional and educated me on important facts. He looked up my A/C which I had put in last year by another company and showed me that they never registered me with Rheem in order to receive a 10 year warantee. He recommended i call them and ask them to do so, which I did, and they said they will. If it wasn't for this technician who went beyond his job duties I would have never known about this or followed up on it. He also showed me exactly how he improved my a/c and the reasons. VERY IMPRESSIVE. I than him again!!

West End Air Conditioning serviced my ac unit this morning. Their phone representative was professional and respectful. The technician was on time, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend this company for your ac needs and will pass the word around as the go to air conditioning company to use.

Had an issue this past Sunday, it was over 90 degrees (lovely). Called West End and by 3 pm, they had replaced my fan motor and capacitor. The young man doing the work was great and talked to me while he worked, showing me how he was troubleshooting and why I needed the parts. Price was fair and work was quality. Highly recommend!

They were able to get my AC back up and running same day after our fan motor quit working and the part in the picture started hissing. The price was very fair and the technician even worked in the rain to get us back up. Thank you Jason for going above and beyond.

Exceptional service from West End Air Conditioning! Our AC was barely running overnight, and my wife called them first thing in the morning. To our surprise, they had someone at our house within the hour. Dan was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how he’d fix it. He got the work done quickly even while working in a heavy rain. Thanks to Dan, we’re back up and running. Service like this is rare these days, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend West End Air Conditioning to anyone.

Well it was a totally unexpected repair. We were packing for a move, it seemed a little hot in our home. Low and behold the air conditioning unit decided to go out. I called Hauler Heating & Air Conditioning Inc and though they were busy, someone was able to schedule our technicians to come out on the same day. They assessed the situation and let us know exactly what was going on with the unit and what our options were for the repair and cost.

Great experience! James arrived at the requested time and completed the annual maintenance on my ductless air conditioning unit. He was polite, explained what he had done, and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Hauler Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.
