I had a technician come out for short cycling and maintenance a week ago and did a wonderful job. I had previously noticed some dripping into the drain pan so I reached out again for a double check and just an assessment of why. Gerald came out and recommended we clean the coil to clean out any debris, and it should have been done anyway. Gerald answered any questions I had and went above and beyond. Everything was a very good price and we are just super grateful for the help.

I called AC Army after another AC company failed to diagnose why my AC was no longer running.

Luis came out within a few hours ON A WEEKEND for a free estimate. Already amazing, as the other company charged $125 for weekend service and was no help.

Within 15 minutes Luis figured out exactly what was wrong. Let me tell you, this was NOT an easy job (or a cheap one).

The next day he and two other techs came out to try to figure out how to handle the job. It took about 3 hours of planning, and then they got to work.

Luis and James worked literally tirelessly to help us fix the problem. It took three full days, and there was an obnoxious amount of road blocks along the way. Luis was so professional, so helpful, and very upfront. He was careful and precise with his work. He didn’t cut corners.

Absolutely 10/10 services. BIG props to Luis, James, and the AC Army team. I will never call another AC company.

Every time someone from Air Condition Army comes out for service or maintenance, I say the same thing after they leave: “I don’t understand why more businesses don’t operate like this.”

My 11 year old AC was not cooling properly (barely cold temperature air coming out of the vents). I looked up on Nextdoor and this company was consistently mentioned. I decided to call and they confirmed no diagnostic and no weekend/holiday fee (I called the day before Christmas) even if I chose not to go through with the repair. Christopher the owner actually came out and checked my unit and said it was low on refrigerant and estimated it to be roughly only 70% full. He gave me a price that he said was on the lower end since it was close to the holiday and it wouldn't really take much to refill it back up. He also told me that given the age of the unit and due to new EPA regulations with the new refrigerant forcing new unit designs (I have a packaged unit mounted on a bracket about 7 feet above the side of the house), there was really no good replacement solution. We discussed it a bit at length and I felt I was really educated about what's out in the current market for packaged AC units. Ultimately I decided to just have him refill the refrigerant and hope for the best. He said replacing parts was just now prohibitively expensive after warranty, and didn't really recommend it at this point. At least when it's time to get quotes for a new unit, I will be better informed to discuss my situation. Based on this single experience, I will be using them again in the future. The simple experience today was much better then the previous AC company I used for service (that previous company now has to do ads on the radio to get business, HAH!)

Had A/C Army come out to check out my unit after purchasing a new home. Richard has serviced my mom’s house before. Richard was amazing found a leak in the coils. The unit was 9 years old and wasn’t maintained properly. At first I was hesitant to buy a new unit has they are not cheap. After careful talking with my fiancé we decided to get a new unit as we didn’t know how much we would’ve spent trying to fix the older unit. A/C Army was able to come out and install my new unit the very next morning. The install team was hands down amazing. They didn’t leave until they made sure everything was up and running!! I highly recommend this company and will be referring them to anyone that asks for an A/C company. They are professional and priced reasonably compared to other companies I’ve used before!! Thank you A/C Army for getting my new unit up and running!!

Tim was amazing, very honest and professional. I will definitely be using him again for all my AC repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend him to both business owners and homeowners. His pricing is affordable, and the quality of work is excellent. Tim had to fix and replace another company’s work, and his price was more than fair. I know if I had gone elsewhere, I would’ve been charged an arm and a leg. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything.

1 of two days of work down and it was a great decision to call these guys. Gerald was a beast and ethical. I had someone else come out from another company and they did 1/25th the work that he did. I have day 2 tomorrow - if it doesn’t go well I’ll share here. If it goes well, let this 5 star review stand tall and call this company for help. You won’t regret it.

My 10 year old Air conditioning gave up. I searched around for quotes and the prices were crazy. I got lucky i stopped at the gas station in sunrise and i saw one of the HI-VAC trucks. Got the contact information. Same day Joseph DiCresce showed up to my home. He explained in detail all our options. Very honest and helpful. We got a new AC system installed for a really good price. My electric bill literally is now half of what it was before. After it was done Joseph followed up with a visit and verified everything. Thank you HiVAC and Joseph!

I called in the afternoon and the next day Joe came out to give me an estimate and had me signed up immediately and on the schedule for the day after.

The installers came out the next day Right on time and started work immediately. All three of the installers were extremely professional and friendly. Stephon, Logan and Sebastian are top-notch! I made sure to have the office note that I would like to deal with them in the future for any service if need be.

Speaking of the office staff, Courtney, Joe and Mike were a breeze to deal with and got everything done ASAP.

5/8/25 - Installation- My experience with HI VAC and their team had been very positive from start to finish. The initial contact with Joseph (Joe) could not be more informative, detail oriented without any doubt he knows what he is doing. As per his team Logan, Sebastian and Stephon, they were punctual, answered all my questions, called as expected half an hour before arrival, worked hard for almost 9 hrs! and they did an excellent job. Garage was impecable when they left. The result couldn’t be better, now I have an A/C that is really cooling and sooo quiet… see picture from garage air handler. I highly recommend HiVac and his entire team including the office staff in charge of the permits.
