I'm a Certified General Contractor who recently lost my plumber who moved out of state so I'm very aware of both sub and retail fair $. I Had swift decline in kitchen faucet pressure so called a relatively high profile professional company. They showed up as scheduled, spent 10 minutes said could be the cartridge, $155 plus the $10 part or if it was the actual faucet, $599 plus faucet cost which is a ludicrous price. Paid the $155 half ass diagnostic. Called West End they came the next day exactly on time with 1/2 hr heads up. Their tech Johnny (great guy) diagnosed it within 10 minutes, helped me find the exact match online which I got the next day, returning exactly on time and replaced the 4 piece faucet. Total charge was $299 labor incl 2 trips. Didn't mention i was a GC but as one who knows... their pricing, puntuality and Johnny's whole demeanor are a standard people should applaud. I very Seriously doubt you'll find a better choice and highly recommend West End Plumbing!!!

We are so pleased with the work that Mike W did for us... He installed our gas heater and he was so precise, quick and clean.. Yes it does cost more to have a "reputable company" do it but that's why...they are reputable. I've been your customer for going on 14 years and am very happy with your service.. Thanks guys..

I was in a tight spot, my sink was leaking and the faucet wouldn’t turn on. I called West End and they told me they’d be at my house in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later Johnny arrives. He was super pleasant and very professional. We had great conversations and he fixed everything so quick. The price point was extremely fair and the quality was amazing. Whether you supply them with what you have or they supply you it will still be amazing. Johnny if you’re reading this I really appreciate everything you did. I can’t compliment you and the company you’re with enough. If I could give you 6 stars I will. If anyone asks for a plumber or an ac company, West End will always be my recommendation. Thanks again!!! Y’all were amazing.

Great company they serviced my home for a water heater issue and high water bill. Also, the at the same time they serviced my kitchen sink that was clogged. The tech was Ted and I would highly recommend this company from their dispatch communication all the way to the technician service work. 10 STARS!

Susan the answering service lady is extremely rude! She was supposed to book my job and never did. Once I spoke on the phone with her to resolve the situation, she cut me off and disrespected me. Luckily, the next time I called another answering service lady helped and she was much more decent.

I had a great experience with West End Plumbing. I called them for a water pressure issue, and they were able to schedule a next-day appointment. Ted came out, assessed the problem, and provided a clear/fair quote upfront. He got to work quickly, and the issue was fixed without any added costs. The service was straightforward, thorough, and very professional. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

We had a new kitchen sink put in 3 months ago, and we were surprised when we had a flood from under the sink. It was NOT done by West End. Apparently a pipe was not glued as it should have been. I looked on our community FB page for plumber recommendations and several recommended West End Plumbing. They were responsive, came within 2 hours of my call, Gary Brown redid the plumbing, which looked a lot better then the original work done by someone else. We are West End customers from now on! PERFECT experience! I cannot say enough about this company!! Adam, Susan, Alana, Michael & Franco were all amazing people to work with. I needed a hot water heater installed for my mom who is 94 and I was out of state for some of the interaction. These people are good, solid and honest individuals. West End is a company that did exactly what they said, on time and even followed up. I’m truly so grateful for their follow up and how they worked with us. Very caring, extremely professional and reputable company. Thank you a hundred times, sincerely.

Edit: I received a follow up call explaining what happened. Still, not at all happy but I may amend this review if things go well from here out.

I am currently WITHOUT water. West End was here yesterday and had to turn the water main off to the house. They could NOT complete the repair and told me they would have to come back today, leaving me without water service except for the ability to turn the water on for emergencies. I was TOLD they would be back out FIRST THING IN THE MORNING TODAY and I confirmed that was OK. I missed a call this morning which resulted them SKIPPING my appointment that I already CONFIRMED. Unacceptable. The office lady did not give a crap and just repeated the same thing. I AM WITHOUIT WATER!!!!!! After this, I will NEVER, EVER, EVER using these misfits again. Use them at your own peril.

West End Plumbing should be considered for your Water Heater Replacement and other services they provide. Adam and his team play no games and are very cost effective. They did what they said they would do; when they said they would do it; how they said they would do it and give a better labor warranty than other companies I contacted who were significantly more expensive. I originally had an issue with West End Plumbing after they installed my Rheem water heater. The unit turned out to be faulty, and although Rheem approved a warranty replacement, the process required going through the original reseller. At first, West End Plumbing would only help if they handled the replacement themselves and charged an additional $600 in labor, which I preferred to avoid since I’m capable of replacing the unit on my own.

However, after posting my concerns, West End Plumbing reached out to me directly. They provided me with the contact information for the distributor, allowing me to move forward with the warranty exchange without the extra labor charge. I appreciate that they took the time to call me and help resolve the issue.

Yesterday, the toilets started burbling when not in use. Yikes! Called West End Plumbing and they put me on today's schedule. Absolutely excellent service. Johnny was efficient, easy to talk to (meaning he explained everything that had happened, what he needed to do to fix it, and how to make sure it did not happen again), and solved our problem within two hours. Customer service, both when I called and the visit, were exactly how a repair call should be. Thank you, West End.

Very unhappy with this company. Adam the owner didn’t want to help. They demanded I pay them just to look. They installed a water heater for me when I moved in. They put a tape around the gaps but the city inspector said to remove it and only use screws which they did. I didn’t think anything of it. Over the last 3 years I’ve had a severe heat/humidity issue in the utility room and always thought it was a venting AC issue but the AC guys always recommended a new unit. The last AC guy I had check it out saw the vent pipe for the boiler and said that’s probably my issue. There’s misalignment and gaps in the vent pipe. Whenever someone takes a shower it’s excessively humid and hot. I told them I’d send them photos to review before sending someone out but he refused even that. This work performed was shoddy and since it passed initial inspection Adam said he didn’t care and I should leave this review. So I am. They charge way more than other companies but I thought solid workmanship was worth the extra price but this has left me doubting all the other work they did for me. Buyer beware. They don’t stand by their work. I will also leave them a BBB review next.

I had a new hot water heater installed due to my prior one was working but old. Mike W installed it and was excellent - he instructed me how to turn off the water heater and the water to my home. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a quote from another company that was twice as much. Very affordable and competent. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs and request Mike W:)

West End Plumbing made replacing my water heater incredibly easy. I had it installed within two days. The whole process was smooth and professional. They gave me a military discount on the service which I really appreciated.
