I have had an ongoing issue with my home contractor. They assigned BBA to assist me. I love the fact that came out to my house right away. The conclusion was to have my appliance fixed. However, its been 3 weeks and they have not turned in the necessary paperwork to have my appliance replaced. And now they won't answer the phone or return my calls to complete this issue. Bad business

My GE dishwasher is under warranty so when I had an issue I called GE. They made an appointment with Big Bend to have someone come out and repair it. I have the new parts, I just need them to be installed.
Appointment window was 12-5 and no one showed up or called. I called them 5 times and no answer. Mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. No professional at all. Very disappointed
