Mathew T. was an excellent technician. He arrived on time. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot my washing machine issue and was able to correct and service it on the spot. He also cleaned our dryer vent, which was much needed. I highly recommend this company and the services of MathewT. He was A+++.

Complete and utter SCAM! Charged $150 for 20 minutes and claimed $600 for repair of the fan in dishwasher. 👎

First, I would like to say that my husband and I really appreciate Matthew trying to resolve our leak on our washer which he seemed hesitant beforehand after seeing that it was a Samsung washer. Matthew was kind and hardworking. However, we have been using our washer for over two months and it only had a leak. At this point, we have been extremely inconvenienced by Matthew's "repair" and leaving our washer completely incapacitated! It was working before he “fixed” it. We no longer can use our washer and have paid for service for absolutely nothing! This has left us in a far worse situation than we were in. I find it highly coincidental that the washer stops working the exact same day the service technician comes out to repair it! Unfortunately, apologizing does not help our situation and we not now have to come out of pocket to purchase a whole new washer and possibly a dryer - so the set will match. I don't believe this is how a new customer should be treated with such an inconvenience, as we thought it was a reputable company. I have reached out to this location three times and no one will respond or return my call. Customer service is such a rare expectation these days unfortunately… Follow-up: In response to the company FINALLY responding to me via this review, I was never offered any assistance with this repair and did not decline anything (only told that it was a drain pump issue by the tech. who wanted me to sign a waiver stating the company did nothing to damage the machine which I refused to sign it). My only alternative is to purchase a new washer or try to find someone to come and undo whatever the technician did to make our washer stop working, as previously mentioned that it was working prior to Matthew’s arrival.

Definitely do not recommend using this company, unless you can wait weeks for your appliances to be fixed! My husband and I have now tried twice to have this company come out and service our washing machine. The first time they called and canceled our appointment. The second time we ended up with 2 different service times and we were told they would call ahead of arrival. When we didn't hear anything from anyone we called one of the numbers. It went to voicemail. Another number apparently not local, finally answered and we were told that they had no clue what was going on but would have our local office reach out to us and let us know if they are coming out or not. So after wasting and entire day waiting for them, we still don't know for sure if they're even coming out. This is absolutely ridiculous. Talk about the run around. Not the way to run a customer based business. This has become more of a headache and pain than it was to begin with. We have now not had our washer working for weeks!!

Matt was on time for our appointment when he came out to our residence. He was very professional and personable. He was very clear when explaining the diagnostic steps he was taking and he determined the problem he was very clear on what needed to be done to recertify the issue. Matt had to order a part to fix our refrigerator and because it was just before Thanksgiving, Matt explained it would be after the holiday before the part would arrive. When the part did come in Mr Appliance contacted my wife and set up an appointment to install the part. Matt was on time for the appointment, went to work right away and completed the repair very quickly. He cleaned up the area when he was done and once again, was very professional the entire time.
