Craig responded quickly and showed up exactly when he was scheduled. He diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part which had to be shipped. It arrived in 2 days. Craig, once again arrived as scheduled, and fixed the problem. While no one wants to repair an appliance but if we have to repair another one, we will call Craig at Chill. He was excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an appliance repair.
