We normally don’t write reviews, either positive or negative, but felt that this situation certainly deserved one. On Christmas day, the attic pipes in our rental townhouse froze. With the renter out of town for the holiday, the attic filled with water and eventually came crashing down throughout the entire unit. The place was covered with water, insulation and sheetrock. We really didn’t know who to call for help. Two well-established realtor friends told us that they had very good results with Servpro. We are so glad that they made that recommendation. Servpro worked with our insurance company and started immediately to minimize the water damage to the dwelling. It was impressive how fast the place was cleaned out and made ready for the rebuild. Fortunately for us, Servpro has its own rebuild company to seamlessly move from water extraction and demolition to the actual rebuild. They had done such a good job on the first part that we saw no reason not to use them for the reconstruction.

Tony Walker was the Project Manager for the rebuild. He is a friendly, attentive and motivated professional. It became obvious that he really enjoys helping people get their homes and lives back together. He listened to our thoughts, made some very valuable suggestions, and kept the project moving through to completion. The place now looks incredible. Tony’s attention to detail shows in the finished product.

We would not hesitate to recommend Servpro and their entire crew for remediation and complete rebuild projects. We are now talking to Tony about building an addition on our personal home. We received five star-service!

Jacari, is a delight. Assurance that he and his co-workers were going to make it all good was comforting. We feel that the job will be done right.

Jacari was great. Professional and communicative. Came on a Sunday within twenty minutes. Great company to have in our community.

Jake, Logan and Guy were so great to work with. They were patient in explaining the process, thorough, and professional. The water damage was intrusive into our space where we care for children and they were very cautious about completing their work while navigating our school. They left our space very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Servpro came out to my house after it flooded due to some bad weather. They responded quickly to remove the water before it caused any serious molding to occur. SERVPRO is the company my insurance connected me with. They were are able to schedule an appointment quickly. The young men (Jacari and TJ ) that came to my home were courteous and prompt. They called before arriving and were efficient with their time.

My refrigerator water line broke and flooded my house - Servpro handled taking care of the damage , and Jacari was extremely helpful in working with my very hectic work schedule. I really appreciate the help and for dealing with my chaotic situation!

ServPro did a great job cleaning up water damage from a leaking pipe at one of my offices. Jackie also made a visit to make sure we were satisfied with the services provided. It was fantastic to get that type of personal visit to make sure we were satisfied with the cleanup process. It’s clear cut whom I’d call if I faced that type of water damage again.

I haves loved using Servpro! I’m a college student and have almost no idea what to do in these situations and they have been super helpful. Jacari was super kind as he came in and very helpful when looking at the equipment that is drying out my house after it flooded! Definitely would use Servpro again!

Terribly slow, no sense of urgency.

They will come out (eventually) and take measurements and look around. Then, after a good while, they'll send you an invoice for $250 to see what the estimate was. After paying the ransom, it takes another 24-48 hours to get the actual estimate (e.g., take their price per square foot and multiply it by the measurements the inspector took).

I regret engaging this company, but since I've come this far, we'll see how the actual work turns out...if it ever actually starts.

Update: the actual crew doing the work was very good - 5 stars (Tyler, Jake, and Jeremy).

Regrading the admin/office side of things, things are still bad. I found several inaccuracies in the estimate that the office provided. I sent corrections to the office and asked for an updated estimate - No reply. Weeks passed, no reply. I got a mold test done and sent the report into the office, reminded them about the corrections, and again, asked for an updated estimate - No reply.

Then I got a call from the field manager to schedule the work. I explained that I still needed the updated estimate. He confirmed they had the Mold Test report and said he'd get the office to send updated estimate.

At this point, the work is done but I never received an updated estimate.

ServPro technicians Jacari and Tre did a great job on the tear out of all the parts of my kitchen that were affected by the water leaking from the dishwasher. They were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and hard-working. They left the kitchen free of debris and vacuumed between the kitchen and the outside door so the house looks fine. Highly recommend!
