Ken and Clarence did a great job of getting rid of the mold on my ceiling. They were courteous and took good care to move the furniture out of the way. They cleaned up afterwards and I am very pleased with the results.

1847 Shore Dr S, South Pasadena, Fl 33707. HOA hiring SERVPRO after hurricane Helene 9/25/2024. NOT MY DOING!!! Started work 3/25 was absolutely awful came in started taken out walls. Condo looked like a war zone. Never got better just worsted. So call Project Manager Lee Pope was rude disrespectful. Worker where not any better. I ask Lee Pope and boss of all these guys do fix something that they did wrong. It would take days for them to come back work was never done right. After 4 months kicked them out of my condo. Told them you will never been in my place ever. Had my contractor in to repair the damage they did and finish the job. Doors came in with black hinges I didn't want but Lee Pope that how they came off the shelf. Lee Pope should ask everyone what they wanted. I had to go out buy my own. Project Managers should be on site at all times to over see things. Lee Pope never did!!! To this date still don't have drywall behind stove. This whole complex is not happy they are 151 condo many people unhappy. Few photos how I lived for 4 months. Didn't want to give any stars but would let me post.

Jason and Jacari of Servpro were very diligent and professional when dealing with my burst water pipe and flood situation. Jason vacuumed up the flooded areas and deployed fans and dehumidifiers. Both Jason and Jacari conscientiously monitored their equipment, checked moisture levels in all the affected rooms, removed damaged carpeting and water-damaged flooring and the bathroom vanity. They removed damaged sheetrock and insulation. They worked well both individually and as a team. They were respectful of my property when moving furniture and possessions as needed to accomplish their mission.

I had a flood in my closet and bathroom. Jason and Jacari did an excellent job taking out the carpet, taking down the wet walls and drying everything out. They were efficient and quick and very personable in their work. I was panicked and they calmed me down. I would definitely recommend and hire them again for any emergency.
