Mr. Woods took the time to comprehend our requirements and provided thorough responses to all our queries. When we are prepared to proceed with our projects, Mr. Woods furnished a detailed analysis of the projects and a projected timeline. My family and I were extremely pleased with the completed kitchen and screen porch remodel. Tallahassee Construction Group delivered exceptional service and superior quality work. I first contacted this company via email on 12/15/22 about possible drywall repair. I even provided photos. I found them while perusing the internet. They failed to reply to my email. I emailed them again on 12/18/22, and they again failed to reply. That is so unprofessional! If they furnish an email address on their website, then they should reply to inquiries!

I had a tree fall on my house 5 years ago, I used a different contractor, it took a year and a half to complete, this time a tree fell on my house doing much more damage, I was expecting another year and a half, I had never heard of Ross Construction until I heard an ad on the radio, so glad I called Craig Ross, I was thinking if he calls me back in a week I'll use him, well he called at 7 the following morning, I turned it over to him and his awesome crew, he took the pressure off of my family and 12 weeks later we celebrate Christmas in our nearly new home, great job Ross Construction and Design

Do not use. Didn’t even finish a barn remodel…Either forgot about putting up some lights or just didn’t want to do it.

Then, the drainage overflowed and left the interior soaking wet…so I called to ask him to come take a look at what was wrong.

He said someone came out and looked and that we must’ve accidentally run over the runout drain…nothing was marked and we weren’t told about it.

I asked him to come show me where it was and what happened- never heard from him.

We sold the house (properly disclosing everything)…the buyers hired someone else to come fix the drainage issue and said that it wasn’t properly designed and THAT was why it overflowed every time it rained.

Will never use him again and tell anyone looking for a contractor to avoid him.

It was a pleasure to work with a outstanding professional construction designer as Craig Ross and Chad... Chad was an outstanding project Rep. They built my wife and outstanding nice quality laundry room from the ground up... Outstanding work performance I recommend them very highly...
