I especially appreciated the work of Jeff Reeder and his beautiful wife Miranda. They were very hard working while being pleasant and personable. After talking with friends and doing research I decided to go with Ross Construction for my addition. The owner Craig walked me through the process, he and his team kept me in the loop throughout the entire process! Everything was right on schedule the crew was amazing, attentive and courteous! I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful work they did!

If I could give Ross Construction 6 or 7 stars, I would. Here’s why. I told Craig I was thinking of putting in a bank of new kitchen cabinets. Within 2 business days, he was at my home with his cabinet guy. 2 days later I had drawings and an estimate. The estimate was CONSIDERABLY less than Lowes for CUSTOM, all wood, cabinets!! This got me to thinking that maybe I should give him a crack at the rest of the remodeling we were considering: 2 bathrooms and a laundry room, including tile, plumbing and vanities, a pot filler over our stove, some extensive plumbing under the house, and driveway repair. There was dry wall and electrical to be done as well. Within a week, he had all his subcontractors at the house AT THE SAME TIME! Try that sometime! They formulated a game plan, including the manufacture of 3 vanities, all the kitchen cabinets and an island. Craig said they would start 3 weeks later, on December 4th. On December 4th at 9 AM I had 10 subs blitzing my job! 2 weeks and 2 days later, which is today, it was done! The quality is amazing! The subs were delightful. The result and the experience have been far superior to any other contractor with whom we've worked. Words cannot express how happy Penny and I are with the job that Ross Construction and Design did for us. The closest thing would be to say that we are TICKLED PINK!!!

The recent work on my home was completed completely to and beyond my satisfaction. It was not his fault that the COVID 19 problems caused extended delays in the delivery of materials. Also finding dependable subcontractors became increasingly difficult. I will use Craig Ross Construction and Design for additional work in the future.

We asked Ross Construction to walk in 3 doors & remove a fireplace in a home we had just purchased. They did a great job in a just a few days!

I have used three different contractors for home additions in Tallahassee over the years, and Ross Construction was by far the best. First, their estimate and contract price was lower than others. Second, Craig kept me in the loop as things were progressing and when there were supply and delivery problems. They did the work during COVID, and there were many supply delays beyond his control. Third, Craig's suggestion for two sun tunnels to give us more natural light was a fantastic idea. We never would have come up with it, but the sun tunnels have been terrific. I have recommended Ross Construction to my friends, and some of them have subsequently used Ross. They too have been pleased with the work. If I have other work that needs to be done, I will call Ross first.

In May, after the tornado devastated Tallahassee, I hired Craig Ross Construction and Design to repair my roof and construct a privacy fence around my pool. I was so happy with the work that was done, I also asked him to design a new pool deck. He immediately sent his assistant Chad to my house to take measurements and pictures of the old deck. I am so pleased with Craig and his company. He is a pleasure to work with and a lot of fun. I will finally have my perfect outdoor oasis.

Craig and his team recently repaired our home after we had extensive damage from the last hurricane. We were impressed from the start when he answered his own phone and showed up at our house the day we called. That responsiveness never waivered during the entire renovation. He strives for perfection and delivers. His employees were also professional, efficient, and accomplished.
