We highly recommend NRG! I couldn't be happier with the results of my new 4 seasons porch using their vinyl glass panels, and especially with the new screen door for my french doors off the bedroom! At my first visit to the showroom, Razzie took the time to understand my project request and explain how their products could supply the outcome I was hoping for. The main one was to make our screened porch more of a 4 seasons room. He showed me what and how, and I couldn't believe how affordable it was! He also said my idea for a screen door on my bedroom french doors was feasible and he would check it when he came to do the measurements for my estimate. Sure enough! They were able to do that as well.
The installers, James and Matt, arrived on time, actually EARLY which was great. They were so courteous when they arrived and got straight to work. They took the right amount of time and put in the effort to assure that everything fit just right, and everything looked so good when they were done--they made sure all the construction debris was picked up too. The whole job was finished a lot faster than I'd imagined it would be! James demonstrated how the windows worked and answered all my questions. Shout out to Laura in the office, for being available and answering all my questions too. All in all, a very good experience from start to finish.

I am so excited to have a beautiful back porch. When it is cooler it will be where you will find me. NRG did a wonderful job. Razzie and Laura kept me informed, always promptly returned calls and answered my many questions. They did soup to nuts from getting HOA approval to pulling the required building permits. The screen room is a fabulous addition to my home and I appreciate the quality of NRG's work.

We were amazed at how quickly they were able to finish the project. They always tidied up the space before they left and answered questions that we had. I’ve waited several months to do this review. I wanted to give as unbiased an opinion as possible. It’s lengthy so bare with me. We chose NRG based on their reviews/reputation for quality work. We entered a contract on April 13, 2022 with a projected completion of 4-6 weeks (allowing for rain delays) after permits were approved for a 12x16 screened porch with adjacent deck. Work start the beginning of June. NRG contracts their work for any decking, roofing and electrical. The company they used, Ultimate Fencing, for the deck work including the installation of railings/steps was a disaster. While the initial removal of our old deck occurred on June 8th, we did not have a completed Sun Room/Deck until after Labor Day despite numerous deadlines given by NRG (Scott). The 2 employees from Ultimate Fencing came to work about 10am, took an average of 1-2 hr lunches and left before 4pm; and did not work on Fridays. While rain delays played a part, the initial delay occurred because the concrete was not delivered when the initial digging occurred for the foundation posts. The deck foundation was not completed until August 1st after numerous complaints and Ultimate Decking changed employees to complete the posts/foundation and worked full days including Fridays. Josh, from NRG who built the screened room does excellent work; however, he failed to properly secure the plastic covering once he removed shingles for the gable roof. This caused water damage in both our living room and bedroom when it rained. Instead of hiring a professional painter, they brought a dehumidifier and attempted to repaint by Scott-the person who gives estimates and became our other point of contact after so many issues. While Scott may have experience in painting, he did not do a quality job and our ceiling was not restored to its original condition. I will give NRG credit for upgrading the railing after the composite railing was not available to avoid additional delays and we settled on a $500 credit toward the interior damage. They also added a lattice bottom and a few pavers after the deck steps were too high to step off without a risk of injury. There are too many details to include in this review regarding all the issues and communication with Razzie Strickland, NRG Manager. The bottom line is NRG does quality work but they need an employee who monitors the work of their subcontractors. I had to provide too many updates, pictures and videos of poor workmanship directly to Razzie that had to be corrected. The final product was what we requested but the process/experience was horrendous. The other Subcontractors were great, Lloyds Roofing and Power Pros Electrical. Also, make sure every detail is written into your contract such as the type of railing, steps, pavers, bottom covering, etc. Quality workmanship on Screen Room by NRG 4-5, Ultimate Fencing 1-2, overall rating 3. We have used NRG for numerous jobs. They screened in my back porch in Tallahassee. They installed my new porch with vinyl glass windows at the coast. They installed new awesome windows in my mobile home at the coast. They also screened my neighbors back porch & my friends pool. They are extremely courteous & kind. They definitely know what they're doing. Josh and Brandon have done an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any project you may have or need. Mr. William & his company (NRG) are top notch!!! Ms. Laura is also very pleasant to work with.

NRG did an outstanding job in replacing our screened-in porch. The enclosure that the builder installed was of very low quality and began to fall apart in just three years. We had NRG install a new enclosure with windows. They were able to tear out the old one and install the new enclosure in just one day. The installers, Darrell and Jamie, were very friendly and highly skilled. We are very pleased with their work.

We highly recommend NRG; they are very professional and deliver a high-quality product.
