My husband and I hired Rocafort Electrical Services to do a complete re-wire on our home that was built in 1938. We also upgraded to a 200 amp service and moved the city connection to the house during this process. Jon and team were very professional during the whole process. We were forced to work with the city for months before the actual work started due to the pole being moved and Jon was there every step of the way backing us up and staying on top of the city to make sure things kept moving. We are so very thankful to have found them and are extremely pleased with the work that was done. They went above and beyond to minimize the wall damage and were great to work with all around. I highly recommend Rocafort Electrical to anyone needing electrical work done.

I had Jon come do the installation of multiple LED fixtures in my home. He showed up on time, brought a crew of great guys, and jumped on the work- they hit it hard and fast. WI needed to change a couple of additional things - no problem, not a bunch of upcharges for change orders, just charged for extra time and materials the changes required. I used to do my own electrical work but never again. They are too good and inexpensive enough that it is actually cheaper to have Jon come over and do it. When he tells you what a job will cost, that is what it is going to cost. Jon is the owner and very involved in making sure the job gets done right.

My wife ( who is more critical of home repair guys) was thrilled with the new lighting and the new look it gave the house, and wants Rocafort back for a number of additional projects. I want them to install a new panel and generator transfer switch so i can have quick available emergency power.

Rocafort is my new go-to company.

Jon and his team did the electrical portion of the installation of my whole house generator. As the project began so did the stay at home orders due to the pandemic. Jon did whatever he needed to be sure my project stayed on track. He was easy to work with, showed up when he said he would, did quality work and it was all done timely. Rocafort Electric is a professional and honest company who was very helpful with their expert advice when we wanted to update our home's outdated light fixtures. They were willing to make suggestions based on their professional opinion that made our new recessed kitchen lighting and pendant lighting look amazing. They were able to put new outlets throughout our new home and were able to move our attic light switch from the garage to the attic where it should have been placed. A thoughtful suggestion that we would have just lived with if it wasn't for the company having our best interest in mind. We will definitely use them for all of our electrical needs. Found Rocafort via Google search/reviews and Jon was very easy to get in contact with. They provided an estimate to run a new circuit for our dishwasher and ended up coming in below the estimate, even though they had to come out twice and go through my upper cabinet to run the wire. They worked fast and were very polite. I would absolutely use them again.

Jon and his right hand man Jeff are some GREAT electricians and willing to go beyond the call of duty to get you exactly what you want. Needed 4 TVs mounted and some under-the-cabinet lights installed. Jon came to do a survey outside of his normal scheduled hours which is rare in most situations. He gave me a date that he could make it happen and to say the least...Him and Jeff made it happen. They arrived on time, very professional, and even took the time to ask questions of how I wanted this and that before making the next move to make sure everything was perfect. His prices are great for a pro, licensed electrician, and being licensed can definitely reflect the level of dedication and work ethic you'll be getting! The little things and attention to detail looked great too...all the way to to cutting a precisely measured hole in my wall for a new socket to getting the drywall dust up off the floor. Jon was great and they finished and were out of there before sunset. Jon is an expert in his field, very professional, polite and a perfectionist. I'm very lucky to have found him for this project and will be using him in the future for all projects. I would say the best in the city! I'd recommend him and his crew for any job that you need done with high quality and dedication.

I have been the customer of many electricians throughout my life, Rocafort Electrical Services is by far the best electrical company I have ever come across. They are always very personable and the owner (Jon) has even gone to places like Home Depot to send pictures of a product that I may be interested in buying. He is also cost effective and was able to resolve a major electrical problem at our home. His workers are also very nice and professional. I recommend this company over all others, A+++.

Rocafort Electrical Services exceeded my expectations!

Starting with the quote which was such a plesant experience with Ron, he was very through and gave us a great and detailed estimate (and changed it for us when we wanted), Clint and Lucas were incredibly professional and skilled, handling a variety of tasks for us, including running low voltage Ethernet through the attic, adding and repairing soffit lights, and installing ceiling gimbal lights on a sloped 20 foot celing. Their attention to detail and commitment to finding the best solutions were evident in everything they did.

The new lights blended in—they look like they’ve always been part of the home.

Jon and his team did an excellent job in every way. Other electric companies took 10 to 35 DAYS to get us a quote. Jon gave us a quote within HOURS, kind of like one would hope. Within a week, he managed to get us on his schedule to have the work complete. His crew arrived not only on time, but started a little early. Again, just great customer care. His crew changed out some outdoor sconces for us and added two new sconce sets into a guest bedroom. They also changed out all almond colored electric plates to white and added an additional electric outlet for a TV behind the wall mount. His crew cleaned up all debris and took great care of the furnishings. This did not go unnoticed. Price was reasonable and what I expected for the job based on previous experience with other hired electricians. If you are looking to get several quotes for a job, make sure Rocafort is on your list! They’ll be the one to book! Looking forward to using them again!

Called Rocafort Electrical for breaker issues. Scheduled an appointment, but they didn’t mention an estimate fee upfront. Techs arrived with only one breaker when two needed replacing. Initially told there’d be no second service charge if another trip was needed, but the office later said otherwise. After some back-and-forth, they did bring the second breaker and complete the job as agreed. The techs seemed competent—no red flags on quality of work—but the miscommunication and disorganization made the experience frustrating. They got it done, but I probably wouldn’t use them again.
